HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Pros:

It's right in the centre of the action. Walking distance from most attractions. The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and well decorated. Highly recommended.

Non- Existent. I was informed on arrival that there were no rooms available. Moved elsewhere!
Pros:

When I arrived I was informed no room was available. This is despite having booked this weeks ago. I was informed this was due to refurbishment which makes no sense as this would have been known in advance. The Duty Manager only booked me to another Hotel when I arrived so clearly the Hotel had been over booked.

Cons:

I was moved to a different Hotel.

Cena dost vysoká, hotel má opotřebovaný interiér, ale má skvělou polohu a dostupnost od metra.
Pros:

Hotel má skvělé umístění, vše na dosah. Je možné uložit zavazadla do úschovny. Příjemný personál na recepci. Nabíjet mobil lze i bez adaptéru, pokud máte s sebou kabel usb-A, usb-C.

Cons:

Snídaně jsou průměrné, vše bylo dost mastné. Prostor pro snídani je příliš klimatizovaný, pokud si dáte čaj/kafe na stůl,za chvili jsou studené. Nábytek dost použitý, na pokoji číslo 605 (pod střechou) každou noc a ráno hluk zvenku od klimatizací na střeše. WC neodtékalo,šlo špatně spláchnout a postrádá wc štětku. Matrace jsou pérové a měkké, takže se moc nevyspíte. Okna nebyly myté, interiér opotřebený. Skrz stěny slyšíte veškerý hluk z chodby.

Velké poděkování personálu hotelu, ochota a empatie. Umístění ubytování bylo super, téměř v centru.
Cons:

Ovládání toalety šlo velmi ztěžka, pro dítě je spláchnutí toalety neproveditelné.

Great location average hotel and overpriced
Pros:

Location was super and staff are good

Cons:

We had a king size deluxe. It was hardly deluxe. had to move rooms as the mattress you could feel the springs through it. Changed to another room which was so poorly appointed and cramped and once again in the bed wasn’t overly comfortable.
