Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the city—we would absolutely book again!
Pros:

The location is incredible—right in the center of everything. We were able to easily walk to several major sights, and having the metro just a short walk away made exploring the rest of the city effortless.

Relatively uncomfortable stay in a tired but well located hotel.

Then location is the only good aspect of this hotel- I didi not bother to try the bar or the restaurant

Cons:

The long check in time an paperwork even though I booked online! I had written in advance to ask for a Company Invoice on check out- but on check out a rather unhelpful madam insisted that my Company details on the invoice were not necessary ( in Spain they are VERY Necessary!). Not good

Very conveniently placed for the very centre of London. All staff serve very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with Michael, Prasanna & Cyril all being very helpful.

The location was fabulous, so easy to walk to places and access public transport, theatres near by, close to China town for great food, Covent Garden is a 10 minute walk. The staff are super friendly, breakfast was fab. The rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. We felt lucky to have a spacious room.

Cons:

It looked a bit drab from the outside but it didn’t affect the stay.

Pros:

Nice clean hotel. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. Close to everything and it's situated on a quiet block. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone.
