Great position for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent proximity to central London, tucked away on a quiet one way street just beyond the National Gallery. Clean room and building

Cons:

Mattress overhung the base and was quite springy, not very firm. The rooms whilst clean are quite small, not much room to manoeuvre and the walls are very thin!

Good hotel in the vibrant parts of town
Pros:

I like good position of the hotel; everything is near by - restaurants, theatres, pubs... Hotel is safe. After midnight you can enter only with a card. Room is clean. There is also fridge in the room.

Cons:

The room was not ready. Although check-in is at 3 PM, we did not receive the requested and paid-for standard twin room. We got a room with a king-size bed. The reception told us they would separate the beds, which only happened later. We missed our afternoon rest, which we needed, because we arrived on an early morning flight, and check-in was only at 3 PM.

Solides Hotel an unschlagbarer Lage.
Pros:

Top Lage!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer/Betten angenehm und gross für London.

Cons:

Das Bad ist eher klein (Dusche).

Idealna lokalizacja, kilka kroków od National Galery, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square itd. itp., tuż obok na rogu duża i przyjemna kawiarnia Pret A Manger, kilka stacji metra, sklepy M&M's i Lego. Duży przestronny pokój, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, wiele innych udogodnień. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Śniadania bardzo skromne, ale w porządku. Personel bardzo miły, życzliwy i uśmiechnięty. W szczególności Kim z baru - bardzo pomocna i życzliwa.

Cons:

Brudno w pokoju. Ekspres do kawy zakurzony, szklane półki zakurzone, łazienka źle posprzątana, drzwi wejściowe do pokoju stare i obtłuczone, drzwi do łazienki zepsute - po wejściu do środka i zamknięciu, potrzebna była pomoc osoby z pokoju, aby się wydostać. Aż strach myśleć, co by było, gdyby w pokoju nie było nikogo do pomocy.

Perfect location
Pros:

The staff here were all so kind and helpful! Absolutely wonderful! We loved that Chinatown is just around the corner as well. Very close to the tube which made our short stay more efficient. There’s also a kiosk in the lobby where you can order Uber. It was very convenient!
