Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great, close to museums, pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, tour guides and attractions.

Breakfast is very expensive; I would prefer to go to Pret'a Manger on the corner and have my breakfast there.

The staff are lovely, everyone was very attentive and I felt very welcome. :D

The perfect location for the West End.

Fabulous location for the West End. Really welcoming, warm and cozy. Comfortable room. Fabulous shower. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Was too warm in our room. Not able to open the window for any fresh air. There was no complimentary water in the room, which is unusual.
