Pros:

I travel to El Centro a couple of times a year. It's a nice hotel reasonably priced and the staff is excellent. Denny's right next door with a ten percent discount for eating there. It's clean, quiet and you can't beat the price for the value. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Extremely satisfied!
Pros:

This is my first time a the Ocotillo Inn. I was under the impression facility was going to be just okay. I was wrong! I was most impressed! The young lady that did my check-in was exceptional with her service. Friendly, professional, attentive and excellent appearance.

Cons:

Everything was great! I loved the room in the first floor since I had computer and other components that I use for trainings I conduct. Carrying that equipment to the second floor could it have been a very challenging! And, since I am planning to use your hotel every month I go to the Valley, a first floor room it would be a must.

Need an updated and fix TV
Pros:

Is nice on the 2nd room was nice the bathroom was spacious to a disability person

Cons:

Well was no elevator to 2nd floor nice staff transfer to 1st floor but need to transfer again because the TV wasn’t working think need to check all TV in room to ensure customer don’t have to transfer when you have a disability person don’t have jump for one room to another and room need a little update couldn’t dial no tone on the phone when try to the front office

A good bang for you buck. I will be staying there again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, near the freeway exit. I also liked that there is a Denny’s Restaurant next door. The pool is spacious and clean. Decent amenities in the room. The staff was friendly and responsive when I asked for my towels to be exchanged. It was a pleasant stay at Ocotillo Inn.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. It’s not the newest hotel in town but everything is decent and in good working order.

La chica se recepción no me regeso mi ID a la hora de registro y nunca supieron decirme donde la guardo, llame muchas veces me daban largas hasta que de plano ya mejor saque una nueva identificación y opte darla x perdida
