Genial, muy comodo!!
Pros:

El bungalow era muy amplio, cama cómoda y gran ducha. Limpiaban a diario y cambiaban las toallas. Personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Alquiler de motos por 150k por dia y bicicletas gratis. Desayuno tipo bufet muy variado y rico. Piscina grande, limpia y cómoda. Sin lugar a dudas una gran estancia, para repetir y muy aconsejada.

Pros:

We stayed for 7 nights as family with 2 children of 5 and 3 years old. Kids liked it very much, especially ponds with carps. Breakfast was really good, local coffee was excelent. Property offerred free transfer to the beach and free velos. Pretty nice garden in the property area.

Cons:

At the first day of our stay our junior kid cut his toe in the pool right after the other man cut his finger in the same place, the staff fixed that specific broken tile, but after that another person got a cut in the pool few days later in another place. The cuts were deep so we have to keep our junior kid from swimming for few days, and costs us a lot of nerves.

Overall the pool requires a renovation and not quite safe to use.

The administrator didn't offer any compensation for our case, and behaved in the way that the fault was on someone who broke the pool tiles.

Regarding other things, hot water in the shower was almost non existent. Food on the menu was quite bland, like green carry was tasteless, seefood were overcooked constantly.

Décevant malgré quelques atouts
Pros:

La literie, très bonne selon nous, le jardin tropical, le calme tout en étant à 10 min en vélo de la plage.

Cons:

Cet établissement vieillit mal, et est clairement en manque cruel d’entretien. La piscine est en délabrement, du sable partout au fond, les transats idem. Nous avons trouvé une multitude de cheveux dans nos draps de lit, bain et au sol dans la salle de bain. La terrasse est sale, et n’a pas été nettoyée pendant nos 5 jours. Les chaises au resto sont toutes abîmées.
Enfin, passez votre tour pour les cocktails ou les plats du restaurant, c’est cher et vraiment pas bon. Aucune affinité non plus avec le personnel… ça change des autres hôtels.
Comparativement avec 7 autres logements au Vietnam, c’était le moins bon rapport qualité prix, malgré des prix raisonnables. L’envie du service bien fait n’y était pas selon nous. Cela dit, je pense que ça reste une bonne option pour qui veut découvrir Phu Quoc de manière indépendante, hors des mega resorts.

Anh je jako gostoljubiv i ljubazan host , pomogao nam je oko restorana , aktovnosti i plaža.
Možete iznajmiti skuter za dobru cijenu.
Dorucak je u redu , bazen je isto u redu i jako je mirno za uzivanje uz bazen i prirodu !

Cons:

Može se poraditi na održavanju objekta , ali usluga nadomjesti taj dio.

Jungle lodge
Pros:

Entouré de jungle, on est au cœur de la nature. A 4 km de la ville animée c est un vrai bonheur de s y poser.
Anh le gérant est adorable et aux petits soins pour chacun

Cons:

On sent que le lieu a vécu. C est un peu vétuste mais cela fait aussi son charme. Les serviettes de piscine aussi ont quelques heures d utilisation.
Les baies vitrées ne sont pas nettoyées. Dommage.

Value for the price paid, free bikes and quiet
Pros:

I really liked the helpful man from India who worked in the restaurant in the morning he had a lot of great idea of were to go and what to do. The price of the stay was value for money. The breakfast was good. Great that you could borrow bikes for free!

Cons:

The showers had no pressure and took long time to get hot. The property was in need of repairs.

Frühstück vietnamesisch und teils europäisch, schöner überdachter Freisitz. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool und liegen. Intakte Fahrräder jeglichen Alters um an den Strand oder i s Dorf zu kommen. Sehr gute Restaurants in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Große Zimmer und geräumiges Bad.

Cons:

Badewann war falsch eingebaut, sodass Wasser immer dahinter reinlief beim Duschen.

Pros:

Great room (wooden and bamboo private cabins) looking out into the jungle, a lived in atmosphere, small but not too small. A clean pool. A decent bar restaurant with the best-ever banana smoothy! Friendly capable staff. 5 minute bicycle ride from a top class beach. What's not like. You'd pay more per day in a European hotel than a week here.

Gemütlich und ruhig
Pros:

Familiäre Anlage, sehr ruhig, wenn nicht gerade betrunkene Russen feiern, was 2x vorkam. Tolles Frühstück, super Betten (nicht so harte Matratzen wie oft in Vietnam), kostenlose Fahrräder. Sehr nettes Personal und unglaublich engagierter Manager. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Super jeweils frisch gemachte Juices und Smoothies.

Cons:

Der Pool könnte eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Da sind einige Fliesen abgegangen. Aber wirklich gestört hat uns das nicht.

Cons:

The cleanliness and one of my sunglasses disappeared! I asked reception and they said they will contact me in case they will find it… also far away from everything and the pool is old not too clean too!
Breakfast is not good and very limited. Not recommended at all! Go somewhere else please
