Room was good
The restaurant breakfast was to experience a lot
No breakfast, liked location
Parking
We needed a microwave ro heat a heating pad. It was not available.
Overall it was a good stay. The heated pool was great.
Our only complaints were the room had a musty order to it and the beds were so small.
Clean,
Not enough handicap parking,
The front desk staff (Maya)and the bell person (Chis) were personable, amiable and professional as opposed to the quite unprofessional, bad tone phone staff (Alyssa) whom I needed to communicate with to make sure my written requests were fulfilled per the recommendation of booking.com
As mentioned above, the phone staff named Alyssa had a bad tone, curt, quite impolite and not at all pleasant. Because of this encounter I almost cancelled the reservation but decided to give the hotel another chance. I did give the hotel a chance to make up for my initial disappointment but alas it was still lacking . . .
Additionally, the cleanliness of the room is not up to par. Some areas appear to not have been dusted for days, mirror is smudgy, tissue box was not replenished with a new full box.
Had dinner at the lobby bar, Food was great and our server was very nice and helpful,
The staff and room
No breakfast
We liked being able to order food late.
Most of the parking was further away from hotel.
Location is very close to a shopping plaza, room was fairly clean & bed was comfy. The view from the particular room I stayed was nice.
You have to pay extra for WiFi, which I disagree with. The bathroom of the room just needed a bit of extra cleaning - bought some cleaning supplies and have it an extra cleaning.
Room was nice, bar stayed open late and had food, front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, bartender on 7/15 at closing was an absolute angel
Breakfast was not included. Was grateful they even had a lovely room as booking.com let me book several rooms at different hotels that night that upon arrival had no availability. I was exhausted and getting scared and spent hours running from hotel to hotel to discover that booking.com kept screwing me over and ended up spending $267 on a hotel room at a very nice hotel that could actually accommodate me because booking.com was so incompetent..
