We pick Marriot for its great bed, but this one just had a run of the mill mattress.

Everything was clean and nice.

Cons:

Not everything was working correct, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. When I'm Paying almost 200 dollars for a stay I'd imagine that not be an issue. Staff was alright, Upon check in they would not let me use the card that I used to purchase the room online, That was kind of frustrating.

It was a nice stay.

The location was excellent for my purposes however there are other hotels in the area . . .

The front desk staff (Maya)and the bell person (Chis) were personable, amiable and professional as opposed to the quite unprofessional, bad tone phone staff (Alyssa) whom I needed to communicate with to make sure my written requests were fulfilled per the recommendation of booking.com

Cons:

As mentioned above, the phone staff named Alyssa had a bad tone, curt, quite impolite and not at all pleasant. Because of this encounter I almost cancelled the reservation but decided to give the hotel another chance. I did give the hotel a chance to make up for my initial disappointment but alas it was still lacking . . .

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room is not up to par. Some areas appear to not have been dusted for days, mirror is smudgy, tissue box was not replenished with a new full box.
