金浦空港を使う人にはとにかく利便性が良いです！
Pros:

空港にとにかく近い。ロッテモールと直結していて、買い物や食事に便利だった。

Cons:

ロッテモールとの直結のエレベータがとても便利だったけど、宿泊客以外も乗れそうな気もしたところが、ちょっとだけ気になった。

The hotel was was excellent apart from the room service, when checking out it was busy the reception
Cons:

We ordered sandwiches to our room which were horrible!!

Unfortunately when we returned to the hotel after attending The Royal Opera House we had drinks at the bar but nothing to eat therefore we ordered room service which was not good value!!

Excellent Hotel. Value for money is unparalleled for the Mayfair location and quality.
Pros:

The location is exceptional, staff friendly and the gym, although small, is first class. My office in the UK is a stones throw from here and it is the perfect bolt hole for me. I don't always eat breakfast here but when I have it has been lovely.

Cons:

My room this stay overlooked some building work at the back which meant I generally left my blinds down. I was in London with business so it mattered little as I was rarely in the room but may have affected someone staying who was spending more time in the room. A minor point and did not affect my stay at all.
