Great Hotel
Pros:

Would have given it 5 stars but we came back from a gala dinner at Claridges on Saturday night and they were just about to close the bar and wouldn’t let us have a drink - there was 10 of us! Andreea on Reception is amazing! 🤩

Super kind staff and best location.
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and very well located, close to main shops, metro stations. The room and bathroom was big and with good amenities. Alice, the housekeeping lady, was very kind and careful about keeping us comfortable and with a room very tidy. Mirel, at the reception, was also kind and friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Pros:

We always have a wonderful stay at the Mayfair. Its location and staff are great, especially Andraa in the check-in desk. She couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel!
