Pequeno almoço pouca oferta, pressionavam com a hora de final do Buffet e cedo começaram obras e um cheiro super intenso de diluente dentro do quarto. No entanto referi no check out e foram super amáveis e ofereceram o Room service que tinha pedido na noite anterior

Top notch hotel in the heart of London
Pros:

I had high expectations for this hotel and I was not disappointed. The staff in the lobby was very professional and friendly, and the same goes for the people working in the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. For us, the location was perfect, it was easy to walk or take the tube around the city. We will definitely come back to this place.
