Love it, we both enjoyed ourselves. will go back again next year. Hubby loved it.
Pros:

So many things within walking distance, great attractions, great restaurants and good entertainment. The scenery, different type of vessels , and seeing live dolphins and birds.

Cons:

Would have preferred a hot breakfast. One more lamp in the room

The balcony door didn’t lock properly. If we were in unsafe neighborhood I would be concerned, but I did not feel unsafe here.

Great location, but our room was left open by staff
Pros:

Rooms were nice, good view and location; they had coffee and two complimentary beverages when you checked in.

Cons:

We had not checked out but left for breakfast; when we came back our door was left open by presumably cleaning staff….we still had items in the room.

Beautiful area to stay, easy parking, beautiful area for walking or visiting lots of restaurants.
Pros:

Great location along Shem Creek, rooms were noisy with music from restaurant and bars close by. Also we were first floor and near breakfast room so heard that noise. We loved the view so didn’t bother us much with music. They usually stopped playing about midnight. We loved the view from our room but would request upper level 2 next time. Great area to walk to restaurants and watch boats come in along with birds and dolphins. Nice pier to walk along and watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Only manager and Angela seemed to be friendly and helpful. Other desk clerks never even acknowledged us. Sat there and never looked up when we walked in or out.
