Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Besonders positiv fiel mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Lage auf.

Me gustó el trato del personal de porteria y limpieza

Cons:

No me gustó que pidiendo un envio al hotel, lo recepcionen y lo dejen en porteria y no solo no lo suban a la habitacion sino que ni tan siquiera avisan a la habitacion de que el envio ha llegado. Parece impropio de un establecimiento de esta categoría.

Hotel precioso, pero lo que mas destacaría es el personal y los detalles que tienen contigo

Pedí una habitación con vistas al reservar y cuando llegué como aún estaba ocupada me ofrecieron esperar o me ofrecían una sin vistas y como ya estaba allí solicité la segunda, pero era muy cómoda también.

A wonderful experience

Everything was wonderful. I would like to mention:
At the Club: Deyanira Rojas, kind always available to fulfill our needs in a gracious way, Clara and Laura at the front desk kind and polite.
The doorman Carlos nice and polite
The whole crew at the Concierge just great.
In fact everyone has been perfect taking care of our minimal needs.
