Una buona sistemazione ad Almaty
Pros:

Questa struttura è un buon compromesso fra altri alberghi della città, più costosi, e le varie strutture a basso costo. Il compromesso fra prezzo e servizi è molto buono. Il servizio è un po' semplice ma comunque professionale. L'atteggiamento generale verso il cliente riflette il grande rispetto verso l'ospite tipico della cultura centro asiatica. La colazione non è a buffet ma su ordinazione, a scelta fra colazione inglese, francese e turca. La posizione è buona, comoda per la partecipazione alle fiere, a cui eravamo venuti.

Pros:

Sauber und ordentlich. Gute Kommunikation mit schnellen Reaktionen im Vorfeld

Cons:

Hellhörige Zimmer, TV des Nachbarzimmers deutlich mitgehört, außerdem nachts um 2 Uhr davon wach geworden, dass jemand den Flur wischt (warum auch immer nachts). Flughafentransfer über das Hotel war unkompliziert und gut organisiert, aber deutlich zu teuer.

Уютная атмосфера, доброжелательный персонал. Мне очень понравилось!
Pros:

Безупречное отношение персонала. Бесподобные завтраки. Всё аккуратно, очень чисто, уютная обстановка. По расположению от места в котором требовалось находиться в световой день пешком занимало 15 минут, в шаговой доступности магазины и развлекательные места. Обращусь еще в ближайшее время. Спасибо!

Отличный отель за свои деньги
Pros:

Небольшой и довольно тихий отель в удобной локации. Отличный сервис, все супер! Завтраки вкусные, номер чистый и с добротным ремонтом, но без излишеств. Чайник, телевизор, фен - все есть.

Cons:

В номерах на хватает уюта, было бы неплохо добавить приятные мелочи: зонирование в освещении, коврик в прихожей. Подушки получше тоже бы на помешали

Все хорошо.
Pros:

Завтрак понравился. Месторасположение тоже понравилось. Постель понравилась. Бургер. Чай смородиновый с мятой. Прибыла раньше ожидаемого времени. До заселения поработала в коворкинге.

Cons:

Туалетной бумаги не было, пришлось просить.
