Uma vista espetacular em localização excelente
Pros:

O Hotel está localizado em posição excelente, muito próximo da ponte das correntes e a curta caminhada da Basílica e do Parlamento. Atravessando a ponte você já está em Buda e com acesso ao funiculare ou escadas para subir ao Castelo e ao Bastião dos Pescadores. Não precisará de transporte público ou táxi para acesso a esses pontos principais. E a posição do hotel em Peste, as margens do Rio Danúbio, proporciona uma vista espetacular do castelo situado no lado oposto do rio, em Buda, principalmente à noite todo iluminado. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento da equipe muito amigável. Tem um custo mais alto, mas vale o investimento. Escolha um quarto com vista para o rio.

The staff should be more updated regarding celiac. The few gluten free options are not enough, as cross-contamination is of major importance in a buffet. As a consequence the chefs should be prepared to make customized orders suitable for celiacs

Posizione top, ma hotel datato.
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione è splendida e, a mio avviso (viaggio parecchio), le 5 stelle sono meritate soprattutto per l’ubicazione: proprio di fronte al Ponte delle Catene e lungo il Danubio. Una collocazione davvero strategica e comodissima per visitare tutto.
Lo staff è molto gentile e rapido nel rispondere alle richieste; il servizio in camera è stato velocissimo (meno di 5 minuti, davvero bravi!). Il letto è comodo e spazioso, e la temperatura della stanza era sempre molto confortevole.
La pulizia nel complesso è buona, fatta eccezione per la moquette che potrebbe essere migliorata. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità.
La palestra è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per un allenamento completo, mentre la zona SPA e massaggi è molto bella e accogliente, ideale per rilassarsi.

Cons:

L’hotel presenta un arredamento datato, in linea con l’intera struttura che appare piuttosto vecchia e poco aggiornata.
La camera assegnata (n. 946) era piccola e con arredi obsoleti; in particolare, il comò risultava danneggiato, privo dei piedini posteriori e quindi inclinato all’indietro. La presenza della moquette in camera contribuisce a dare un’impressione generale di scarsa modernità.
Tutte le camere dispongono esclusivamente di vasca da bagno, ad eccezione di quelle per persone con disabilità che sono dotate di doccia. Il bagno è di dimensioni ridotte e la vasca presentava aloni giallastri, probabilmente dovuti a ristagni d’acqua.
Al nostro arrivo in camera non erano presenti le ciabatte, che ho dovuto richiedere successivamente alla reception. Nel complesso è un 4 stelle.

Milý a ústretový prístup celého personálu,Top služby,výborná masáž, vyhrievaný bazén,výborná kuchyňa bezkonkurenčné raňajky, jedinečné večere,vrátane libanonskej ponuky jedál. Hotel má úžasnú polohu v" centre diania" na pobreží Dunaja s nádherným výhľadom.

Izvrsno!!
Pros:

Odličan doručak. Odlična lokacija, pogled na Dunav. Mala kupaonica, ali zato prostrana soba. Predvorje je lijepo, prostor za doručak s predivnim pogledom na Budim. Sve je bilo izvrsno.

Старый и уставший вид отеля, протухшая косметика для ванной ( имела прогорклый запах), скудный выбор еды на завтрак. Цена не соответствует качеству предлагаемых услуг.
