The View is Spectacular, but...
Pros:

The rooms are well fitted out, and the beds are very comfortable. Our room had a lovely view across the river to the palace. The staff were very accommodating and helped with advice and practical help.

Cons:

The restaurant was expensive and the quality was, in my opinion, quite poor. The options did not offer Viennese style food, but a poor version of Lebanese foods. The veal cutlet was not Veal and was almost inedible. Fortunately, the price of that dish was taken off the account.
It is such a shame that this was our only meal at the hotel, other thsn breakfast which was okay. The staff, of course, were always pleasant and helpful.

Hotel bardzo fajny, personel słaby
Pros:

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania

Cons:

Personel dwa razy pobrał za płatność, po zwróceniu uwagi zwrócili pieniądze nie na konto walutowe z którego płaciłam tylko na inne, jestem stratna na wymianie waluty. Przy zwracaniu nawet nie przeprosili.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Tremendous staff. The breakfast buffet was top notch. I ate at the Lebanese restaurant and the Shish Taouk was very tasty. The pool and spa were well kept. Just a tremendous 5 Star property.

Top lage aber veraltet
Pros:

Super lage, personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das hotel ist in die jahre gekommen. Temperatur lässt sich nicht einstellen im zimmer. Wenn hauptschalter aus, ist auch auf den steckdosen beim bett kein strom mehr. Das hotel ist technisch veraltet.
