Great location and staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, right next to the tram and the Chain Bridge is just steps away.
Staff excellent; we had a lot of great information from the concierge team and help with taxis from the door staff.
We found breakfast charges very expensive so skipped that and ate elsewhere. The system with the elevator only allows you access to the floor of your room which was inconvenient when trying to meet family one floor lower. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location and view from the room with a friendly staff.

Cons:

Somewhat dated but larger room. Unable to find the light switch for the lights by the bed and the phone did not work.
