The location, rooms, and service met the high standards I associate with the InterContinental brand.
However, I feel it is important to bring to your attention a serious issue that occurred in the spa and pool area during my stay. On one occasion, three Albanian-speaking men in their 30s were behaving in a highly disruptive and inappropriate manner — jumping into the pool, shouting loudly, and even smoking inside the spa area. Their conduct created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere, forcing several guests, including myself, to leave the facility.
I kindly ask that you review the supervision and enforcement of spa rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
