Was okay.
Cons:

Alles etwas schlampig. Stehlampe schief, Gardine teilweise aus der Führung, Tür ging sehr schwer auf.

Staff-ul de la recepție a fost foarte primitor (mai rar așa în România). Mâncarea și servirea la restaurant au fost excelente, camera curată, iar priveliștea superbă.

.... micul dejun ca meniu la nivel de 4 stele, însă standurile prea înghesuite

Prima impresie, la intrarea în clădirea hotelului, a fost dezamăgitoare: părea pustie, ternă, neluminată,...în apropiere, fântâna arteziană dezafectată, despuiată, iar catargele fără drapele arătau sinistru, ca și parcarea neîngrijită, părăsită...
In interior, atmosfera era mai caldă, primitoare, personalul de la recepție politicos...,
.....meniul de la restaurant modest, numai in limba engleză, personalul in schimb, chiar amabil, iar atmosfera era tulburată de un pian zgomotos, dezacordat....,
În ce priveste camera, mobilierul vechi, de prin anii 1980, și modernizările relativ recente nu au fost, nu sunt combinate estetic, sunt neinspirate!

Pacat de neglijența ospătarilor de la Corso!

Cons:

Experiența neplăcută la Braseria Corso a hotelului. Comanda adusa tarziu, aperitivul din partea restaurantului adus dupa ce ne a adus mancarea, reducerea de 15% pentru cazati a fost uitata la facturare si din greseala am platit si 100 lei in plus si s au facut ca nu au vazut!

Location staff view

Cons:

The hotel needs badly a revamp . Such a great building and location. Why not fix it ? Its outdated and not looked after. Its outdated ( furniture etc ) but nobody seems to care about it
