Had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown! The chef staff and bartenders were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind throughout our visit. The made-to-order breakfast was outstanding and definitely exceeded my expectations. William, Felipe, Mario, and Khajuan all provided excellent service and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the cocktail hour, such a nice little bonus before heading out into town for the evening. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!
We met Clay the Hilton Vacation sales associate. He was very thorough. And if I hadn’t just planned 3 trips in the next two months, I would’ve signed up.
Clay was very honest with me in his presentation. He wasn’t pushy and listen to me last experience. Kudos to his honesty and Hilton Honors.

I had such a great stay at Embassy Suites! The hotel was very nice, clean, and welcoming. The free complimentary breakfast was amazing, and I also loved the complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout my stay. The cooks were wonderful, and Ida and Iniego were especially helpful and friendly with keeping everything clean and making guests feel welcome. I truly had an amazing time here and would come back 100 times. Highly recommend!
The first morning when I got breakfast I was super excited that they make breakfast to order. And it was great!

It was a good location only a block to catch the trolley to get to Gas Lamp and great restaurants just across the street from Hotel.
The only thing I can say the I didn’t like, was having to pay for parking when staying in hotel. I have no problem paying for valet, but the daily parking rate was a bit much.

The room size, the view, cleanliness
The sofa bed was not comfortable and load and creaky. Comforters could have been warmer.
Ida, in the food court was so amazing, i missed the breakfast time but she was still able to help my kids get something to eat still. Very nice and caring!
All of employees are amazing and very kind!! Dave with valet went above and beyond to make sure our car was available for an early morning check out!!!
Took a staycation here before having my baby and I was very impressed with how easy and relaxing my stay was . Staff was super friendly and helpful. Jesus was a favorite he was super helpful around the hotel definitely made us feel welcomed.
Our 2 day stay was great. From the moment we arrived to departure. Ursula provided excellent hospitality during our breakfast. All employees provided great hospitality overall. This was our 4th stay at this location. We will be back soon.
I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown. The location is perfect—close to the waterfront and easy to walk to nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The staff was friendly, and I especially want to thank Jesus, who did an amazing job helping me out during my stay.
I’d definitely stay here again.
