Location was excellent. Staff gave a great service and were very nice to us.
Breakfast should have more options. It was OK, but it was lacking in variety (in our case, who stayed 7 nights, it became monotonous).
Breakfast was ok. View is very nice if you pay top dollar. Elevators are fast.
Valet is very cumbersome and expensive with poor customer service. Staff throughout hotel is run down and unhappy, and it shows in their poor hospitality and accommodation. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows lumpy. Cannot turn on shower without getting in and getting all wet. The place is very overpriced and in addition, they force you to pay $25/day for unknown on top of fees and taxes and other nonsense. Located close to seaport village but certainly not as depicted in photos.

The entire staff was wonderful. From the valets, front desk to the team who helped set up our group rate- I can’t say enough good about them. In particular, Sabrina from Hilton Grand Vacations ensures that our entire guest party was paid special attention and provided everything the needed to have a lovely time. Also was Donna who helped us with our breakfast each day. Everyone was lovely!
Room was very clean, Accommodations were good. We enjoyed the breakfast provided.
We did not like that there were no other means for parking our car other than paying for valet parking. Too expensive and the hotel should advise of this before booking.
I had a truly wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.
A special thank you to the morning restaurant team — William, Felipe, Mario, and Khajuan — who were fantastic. The omelettes were absolutely delicious and made each morning a great start to the day. I also thoroughly enjoyed the evening Complimentary Reception, with refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. Although I didn’t catch the evening staff’s names, the two gentlemen taking care of the bat and snack buffet were equally friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel on the last day of January. The bed was comfortable and the room was super spacious. The suite had two separate areas. The dining table and lighting could be better. There’s plenty of space to host. I got a corner suite which wasn’t too far from the elevator and it was quiet. One of the downsides and upside to many of the places I have stayed is that if you order food they can’t deliver straight to your room. Which occasionally is needed if I’m busy working on my computer. Besides that this location offers a complimentary happy hour with a few beer options and a complimentary made to order breakfast. It was a nice stay, the staff were helpful and friendly.
Perfect experience! Estephanie and Madison were so helpful to us and so friendly and professional. Walkability from here to so many things. Would stay again the next time we come

Jenisha was our waiter and she was super attentive and suggesting good food options at this restaurant. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Salmon to die for the sauce was so delicious and my salmon was crispy the way I liked it thanks to Jenisha.
Having breakfast every morning was nice. Donna was very attentive and friendly and made our Sunday a little brighter.
