Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der günstigen Lage für einen Geschäftstermin ausgewählt. Wer Interesse am Kurfürstendamm und am KaDeWe sowie an einem Zoo Besuch hat, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Bei der Buchung sollte jedoch darauf geachtet werden, dass der Indoor Pool und Saunabereich nicht im Preis inkludiert sind. Hotel verlangt für die Pool Nutzung zehn Euro am Tag und für Pool und Sauna zusammen 20 € pro Person. die Rezeption behauptete beharrlich, es wär bei Booking sichtbar, was aber nicht stimmt.
Des Weiteren sollte beachtet werden, dass eine separate Frühstücksbuchung vor Ort mit 43 € für das Buffet berechnet wird. Bei der Buchung mit Frühstück beläuft sich der Frühstückspreis auf 25-27 € pro Tag? Der Aufschlag auf 43 € ist für mich unverständlich und für das Hotel viel n Nachteil, da das Buffet vorhanden ist und sich schon überlegt, ob man 43 € für ein Frühstücksbuffet ausgibt.

Lovely hotel in the main
Pros:

We loved the jacuzzi and pool would have been good if it was a bit warmer. The room was comfortable and clean.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le personnel est excellent, car ils sont très à l’écoute et très très réactif ( ils vous écrivent même sur whatsapp pour être plus proactif). Personnellement je me sentais à l’écoute, le genre de personnel a trouvé des solutions à vous problèmes, rapidement et efficacement. En plus c’est très propre et beau. Le fait qu’il y ait une douche et une baignoire dans la salle de bain est vraiment un gros plus.

Cons:

Honnêtement rien … à part le fait qu’on ne puisse pas filmer à la piscine, ce que je trouvais un peu absurde. Sinon pour le reste c’était ok.

Amazing stay, would definitely stay again if we visit Berlin again.
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, perfect location for families visiting as it overlooked the zoo. It was in a nice safe neighbourhood, opposite a greek and Italian restaurant. Staff really helpful and the spa facilities were really relaxing.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Cons:

Surcharge for adults to use pool should not be required. And a further Surcharge for adults to use sauna facilities shouldn't be inflicted with cost of room/package.

Faultless.
Pros:

We couldn't fault our stay. Fantastic room, outstanding customer care and a lovely pool and spa which was a great way to relax after a day exploring Berlin. We chose to use pubic transport, which was easily accessible from the hotel with buses, metro and trains all within a short distance (the bus literally opposite the hotel. If we visit Berlin again, we would definitely stay here again. A lovely few days.
