Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Was ich nicht so gut finde: Ein Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer sagt mir gar nicht zu da man den auch mit dem Staubsauger nicht wirklich sauber bekommt.

Gute Lage, aber der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers machten den Aufenthalt leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels sowie das grundsätzlich freundliche Auftreten einzelner Mitarbeitender beim Check-in.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Anreise deutlich verschmutzt und entsprach weder den Buchungsbildern noch dem erwarteten Standard.
Es gab verschmutzte Bettwäsche (Haare und Flecken), ein unhygienisches Badezimmer mit Rückständen, Staub und Schmutz unter dem Bett sowie stark abgenutzte bzw. beschädigte Bereiche im Zimmer.

Ich habe die Mängel noch am selben Tag an der Rezeption gemeldet und wurde gebeten, das Reinigungssymbol zu aktivieren. Eine Reinigung oder alternative Lösung erfolgte jedoch nicht.
Der Zustand war insgesamt nicht akzeptabel für die Preisklasse.
