Nice hotel but ancillary charging prices were poor
Pros:

Clean hotel with good facilities

Cons:

They charged €20 for sauna and swimming pool use. And €43 for breakfast - there should be no charge for the former and half the price for the latter. The hotel club sandwich was €25. Also, the pillows were far too soft, and we had to ask several times to get proper ones.

Im neuen Teil sind die Zimmer groß und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

leider sind wir von unserem heutigen Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht.

Obwohl der Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr vorgesehen ist, war unser Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft kurz vor 16:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Trotz unserer bereits vorab mitgeteilten Wünsche (ruhiges Zimmer, Reise mit Kleinkind) wurden uns nur ungeeignete Zimmer angeboten. Dadurch verbrachten wir fast eine Stunde mit Gepäck und Kind auf Zimmersuche und verpassten einen wichtigen Termin in Berlin.

Zusätzlich wurden wir während einer Zimmerbesichtigung sogar in ein bereits belegtes Zimmer geführt. Das empfanden wir als äußerst unangenehm und unprofessionell.

Das schließlich bezogene Zimmer entsprach ebenfalls nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es fanden sich fremde Haare im Bad und einige grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten fehlten. Zudem hatte das Babybett kein Kissen.

Besonders enttäuschend war die Schlafqualität: Die Matratze unseres Bettes war extrem hart und gegen 2:00 Uhr nachts wurden wir durch Gäste im Zimmer über uns geweckt. Jeder Schritt war deutlich hörbar, sodass es wirkte, als würden die Personen direkt durch unser Zimmer laufen. Für ein als ruhig gewünschtes Zimmer in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist dies sehr enttäuschend.

Insgesamt entspricht dieser Aufenthalt leider nicht dem Standard, den wir von Ihrem Haus erwartet haben.
