The fact that you need to pay to access the pool and even more expensive for the sauna. It’s not like the pool is that good. I knew before coming that we will have to pay but when I saw the pool I was a bit disappointed giving the 10e per person. It’s the first time I had to pay to access for a pool in a hotel while I already paid for my stay there.

Wir sind öfter in diesem Hotel.
Was wir sehr schätzen ist der tolle Spa Bereich.
Wir hatte uns sehr auf ein Spawochenende gefreut.
Was leider nicht offen hatte, war der SPA Bereich.
Als Entschuldigung wurdest uns ein Cocktail von der Bar angeboten. Und der Verweis, wir können in ein Nachbarhotel zum saunieren laufen. Dies könnten sie kostenlos anbieten.
Wir haben für dieses Wochenende 250 mehr ausgegeben, nur um einen tollen SPA Bereich im Intercontinental sicher zu wissen.
Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir an dem Wochenende nicht dort eingecheckt.
Leider stand es wirklich bei der Buchung schon in der Beschreibung, dass der SPA Bereich geschlossen hat.
ABER, wirklich nur mit der Lupe zu finden.
Ich finde, hier hätte man nach unserer Enttäuschung eine bessere Lösung finden müssen.
