voortreffelijk en relaxed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel overal.
Pros:

bij inchecken : kon de kamer direct upgraden daar de gereserveerde kamer niet was welke ik dacht geboekt te hebben.
Alle personeel doormen, inchecken,bar, housekeeping , conciërge iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

Heel erg jammer dat het hotel geen sauna en geen spa ruimte heeft ( voor massages.)

Great location and property. Will stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the property. Room was comfortable and bed/bedding was like a cloud.
Staff were great, really nice bar.

Cons:

Elevators were slow and often full, but you’d expect that in an older building.

L’emplacement, très central , le personnel, la gentillesse et l’amabilité de la conciergerie

Cons:

Le ménage sous le lit pas fait nous l’avons signalé dès le premier jour et rien n a été fait c’est dommage parce que le reste était propre

We will definitely stay at your hotel again.
Pros:

Coffee was excellent. We ordered coffee every morning via room service.
The staff was extremely professional and friendly.
Angel, who works outside, was extremely helpful. He followed up with us and remembered where we told him we planned to visit. He is valuable to your hotel!
We also liked the bakery next door, Ole & Steen for breakfast items.
