Perfect introduction to Tokyo and Japanese hospitality.
Pros:

The service in this hotel is next level, perhaps the best I have ever received. If you can try and stay on one of the club floors as the afternoon/evening drinks and food are a really nice touch. The team in the club level are superb.

Cons:

Nothing. The location was fantastic and quiet and a ten minute walk from dozens of shops and bars.

Fabulous hotel and great staff, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Great views from our room on the 39th floor. Book the Premier Grand to get use of the lounges on the 45th and 47th floors.

Staff polite, very clean rooms, breakfasts great.

Cons:

Staying in Premier club and felt it was surprised couldn’t use the lounge after checking out while waiting a few hours for transit to airport. The lounge to pay for wasn’t good - had a kids crèche with about 10 babies crying so difficult to relax.

Excelente Hotel em excelente localização, para quem quer aproveitar a cidade
Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a estação de metro/trem, próximo a área comercial interessante a a vida noturna. O Hotel oferece um ótimo quarto, diversos restaurantes e alguma outras boas facilidades como máquina para câmbio.

Cons:

Hotel muito grande e com muito fluxo de pessoas. Gera um tratamento mais impessoal porém o grande número de funcionários garantem um atendimento adequado.

בסה"כ היה בסדר, החדר איכזב מאד

המיקום מצויין, בצד השקט של שינגוקו במרחק הליכה קצר מהתחנה
צוות ואדיבות מצויינים.
במלון חנות של 7/11 להשלמות.

Cons:

היינו במגדל הדרומי, החדר היה ישן אמבטיה ישנה ללא מקלחון
ארוחת הבוקר בתשלום לא מצדיקה את המחיר.

היינו בבניין במרכזי, היה מושלם. חדר גדול ומרווח עם שידרוג גישה לטרקלין עם נוף מהמם של טוקיו.
צוות אדיב ומצויין, שמרו לנו מזוודה מתחילת הטיול עד שחזרנו שוב לטוקיו
הכל נקי ומצויין , מלון גדול מאד ממש מצויין

ארוחת בוקר יקרה ולא משהו לחיך המערבי
לא שווה לשלם על הטרקלין כי יש בו שתיה חמה וקרה והשאר שזה בייגל וחטיפים בתשלום
