The room and location were very nice. Customer service in both the hotel and Pete's restaurant was subpar.

Poolen var stängd hela tiden vi var där, de sa när vi anlände att det nog skulle öppnas under helgen, men det fanns inte ens vatten i poolen vid något tillfälle…Jag frågade om de kunde fixa pass till något annat ställe, men de kom aldrig tillbaks till oss.

We enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff was friendly, and the complimentary drink at the hotel bar was a nice touch. The lady bartender was especially kind and welcoming. The bed was clean and spacious, and the location was ideal.

My stay at the Intercontinental was an excellent experience. This charming hotel is located in prime area and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. I loved my spacious room with a super comfortable bed and nice amenities. I loved the marble accented bathroom. The Hotel staff was attentive, friendly and very accommodating. I give the hotel staff a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend the Intercontinental hotel for your next day in NOLA.
Great convenient location, nice room. Great conference accommodations...Great restaurant connected to the lobby! Although there was a pool on the roof, was a bit small and you had to enter through the gym...Otherwise a nice addition!
