My stay was ok.
Pros:

The lobby was nice and I appreciated that there was always cold water to fill up my water bottles.

I did like that there was a outside swimming pool.

Cons:

Although I booked a room with the balcony, when I checked in, I was told that my room didn't have one. I reiterated that I had booked with a balcony and the employee said that they would talk to their boss. After a few minutes, he let me know that I would get a room with a balcony. The balcony was very messy and didn't have a chair/table outside. When I mentioned this to the employee he said that he had forgotten to tell me that the hotel was undergoing maintenance, which included painting the balcony. I asked for a chair and he ensured that I received one.

I did not like that I was charged $ 150 on my credit card the day that I arrived (to cover incidentals). I have had other hotels that did this, but they only put a hold on my card, so it did not actually go through as a charge.

El mejor hotel de Managua
Pros:

La comida es deliciosa y la atención al huesped es increíble desde la recepción hasta los chefs y meseros. Destacó la atención de cesar Director de alimentos y bebidas, muy amable, cordial, pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, hizo nuestra estancia mas amena.

Hotel ist ok. Personal ist super.
Pros:

Zimmer ist groß und gut aufgeteilt. Es hat einen Safe. Gute Lage. Viele Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Elektronik. Vielseitiges Buffet mit super freundlichem Personal. Mit Englisch kommt man gut durch.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. So gehen zB. die Schranktüren nicht richtig zu oder nur mit Gewalt. Es gibt keine Fenster zum öffnen, Luftaustausch nur über Klimaanlage möglich. Als wir ankamen war es sehr kalt im Raum. Wir haben die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet während unseres Aufenthalts. Störend war das ständige Blinklicht vom Rauchmelder neben den Betten. Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig was beim Haare waschen die Prozedur verlängerte.
