Cons:

Estaba sucio, la alfombra sucia y vieja, la cama estaba dura, el baño micro pequeño, el lavamanos estaba obstruido costaba que el agua se fuera, el baño las instalaciones muy deterioradas.
Yo creo que me dieron una habitación de las que tienen para regalías, porque no era nada parecido a ningún otro crown plaza del mundo, relación precio instalaciones 00000000

My stay was ok.
Pros:

The lobby was nice and I appreciated that there was always cold water to fill up my water bottles.

I did like that there was a outside swimming pool.

Cons:

Although I booked a room with the balcony, when I checked in, I was told that my room didn't have one. I reiterated that I had booked with a balcony and the employee said that they would talk to their boss. After a few minutes, he let me know that I would get a room with a balcony. The balcony was very messy and didn't have a chair/table outside. When I mentioned this to the employee he said that he had forgotten to tell me that the hotel was undergoing maintenance, which included painting the balcony. I asked for a chair and he ensured that I received one.

I did not like that I was charged $ 150 on my credit card the day that I arrived (to cover incidentals). I have had other hotels that did this, but they only put a hold on my card, so it did not actually go through as a charge.

El mejor hotel de Managua
Pros:

La comida es deliciosa y la atención al huesped es increíble desde la recepción hasta los chefs y meseros. Destacó la atención de cesar Director de alimentos y bebidas, muy amable, cordial, pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, hizo nuestra estancia mas amena.
