Pros:

Location is perfect : near to airport and near to metro station : union. There is a waterfront opposite and nice eating places. Everything is good about the hotel

عدم المصداقية مع العميل بشان عدم وجود بوفيه افطار ورفض اعادة مبلغ الإفطار بالبداية الا ان موظفة مديرة وافقت بالنهاية بإعادة مبلغ بوفيه اللفطار ...موظفات ي الكاونتر لم تتعامل بإيجابية وكانت هناك نبرة لااعرف اصفها .لكنها لم تعجبني ولم نتعود عليها بالفنادق الراقية باستناء المديرة المواطنة التي تعاملت معي بكل لطف لحل مشكلة بوفيه الإفطار

Hello, I have a reservation for a room with two single beds, but every time I check in, I’m told that only a different room is available.
