At check-in receiption acted very unpolite and disrespectful just because i didnt walk-in and didnt pay over %30! But booked through booking.com

Dear Booking.com Customer Support,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my reservation at Radisson Blu.
I requested to change my reservation dates from the 25th to the 23rd. The hotel informed me that the price difference would be refunded to my bank account. However, after that, they told me they could not process the refund because they needed Booking.com’s approval.
Unfortunately, this issue was delayed for so long that I am now at risk of losing my refund entirely. Since then, the hotel has stopped responding to my messages, and I have been left without any solution.
I kindly request that Booking.com urgently contact the hotel and help resolve this matter as soon as possible. I also ask that my remaining refund be processed without any further delay.
I have been trying to resolve this issue in good faith, but I have received no meaningful assistance so far. I would appreciate your immediate intervention and a prompt response.
