All I got was more suitable for a 4 star hotel rather than a 5star one.

I could smell someone' smoking in my room.
The pillows were too thin.
I read in booking.com that my room has a Greek view, but unfortunately the room I was given was the 1st floor right next to all the ACs which was disappointing.
I also asked for band aids (plasters) twice and since my request was ignored I had to order plasters from Talabat the next morning. All of these doesn't make the service I expected from a 5 star hotel in Dubai.

Dealing with people who are consistently dishonest and harmful can be exhausting and frustrating the management very bad and lying no more Radisson blu and I will never recommend to anyone I but true my social media how bad they are

Exceptional service and great location
Pros:

All the staff were so pleasant and went out of their way to assist you. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool area was wonderful. It is also a handy location, not too far from airport and close to metro.

Cons:

We sometimes lost wifi on balcony and at pool.

Bu kadar büyük bir otelde ilk rezervasyon da mail atmama rağmen otelin en uç ve kötü odasını Booking 3. Seviye Genius konaklama yapan müşteriye ısrarla vermesi; ilk gün otel full bir gün sonra odanızı değiştirelim demelerine rağmen bir gün sonra da aynı şekilde yardımcı olmadılar;
Kahvaltı çeşit olarak fena değildi ama Kahvaltı salonu olarak seçilen mekan ve kalabalıktan kahvaltıdan keyif alamadım.
Onun dışında bir daha Dubaiye gidersem kalırmıyım iki kere düşünürüm.
