I genuinely loved the property and had a wonderful stay. The reception area, relaxation spaces, green pathways with seating, breakfast area, and the entrance all created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Even when we arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances, the team made sure we were still able to enjoy our food and feel welcomed. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Chef Mohammed for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. He kindly treated us to delicious cakes, which made our stay even more memorable. A special thank you as well to Kamrul for his exceptional assistance. He helped us overcome language barriers whenever needed and went above and beyond by ensuring I was heading to the correct airport terminal. I would also like to thank the reception team for their kindness and flexibility in arranging a late check-out, making sure we had enough time to prepare comfortably before our departure. Their professionalism, care, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly made our stay special.
The only area I believe could be improved is the pool area. The cleanliness around the pool and surrounding spaces could be better maintained, and the pool itself would benefit from renovation. Compared to the rest of the property, the pool area felt less relaxing, and as a female guest, I found it somewhat small and lacking the same level of comfort and ambiance found throughout the hotel. Overall, however, this was a minor concern in what was otherwise an excellent stay.
