Excellent
Pros:

Location was perfect right off the highway. Breakfast was great. Gym was nice. Pool looked nice very clean and comfortable. TV worked well.

Cons:

Air conditioning was a little difficult to manage. Also very loud at night. Would’ve also loved to microwave in the room.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Pros:

Stopped on the way to Chicago from MN, haven't ever been to Madison before, it turned out there was not a ton of stuff to do but my 8 year old son and I still had fun relaxing at the hotel. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I <3 Hampton Inn
Pros:

I always stay at Hampton Inn because I know it will be *spotlessly* clean and have a comfortable bed/sheets - and this location is no exception. It's a bit older but nicely remodeled and smelled nice and had all the regular Hampton Inn amenities. We stayed here before a flight out of MSN, due to it's proximity to the airport.

Cons:

On the 4th floor we had a bit of trouble with the hot water not being very 'hot' and poor pressure, but that's typical for an upper floor. The bathroom products included were fanstastic!

Pros:

David at the front desk is so kind and attentive. If we had any questions, he was always there to help. Very professional and thorough. He’s so welcoming. You’re lucky to have such a wonderful team member.
