Nice location in Williams
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great location to visit the Grand Canyon and Williams. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and pool and hot tub for the end of the day.

Pros:

It was ok, a bit dated, room needed some attention. Window curtains were coming loose, floor was stained, the shower water pressure was good. The bed was medium firm and the bedding was worn

Pros:

I like that it was quiet it was very clean and the people there that worked for very easy

Cons:

Wow what I didn't like was that when I checked in the air conditioner didn't work I had talked to someone it took 2 hours before they came in to check it it was a total probably about 4 hours before they can put one and take one out and put another one in and take another one out after it got put in and it started working I was fine
