Es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis und beeindruckend
Pros:

Eine tolle Architektur, super Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Super Frühstück

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich zu klein! Sehr unglücklich, dass man durch den Ruheraum
zur Saune und zum Pool gehen muss! Der Frühstücksraum für diese sonst großzügigen Flächen zu klein. Man sitzt Tisch an Tisch

Das beste Hotel deutschlandweit
Pros:

Alles ….besonders das Sterne Restaurant mit dem atemberaubenden Blick und das fantastische Essen und die sehr gut abgestimmte weinbegleitung das war Mega
Unsere Suite wie immer klasse wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir hatten schon mal 10 Zimmer besucht und da hatte auch alles klasse geklappt
Der Concerge hat viel telefoniert um meine verlorene Brille wieder zu finden mit Erfolg
Auf das tolle Frühstück hatte ich mich auch so gefreut und war auch wieder ausgezeichnet
Und alle so nett das Personal auf allen Ebenen
Wir freuen uns wenn wir wieder in Hamburg sind bis bald

Amazing accomodation. From the room, the facilities and the service. 6 stars. The location is also great for inner city Hamburg. We will definitely be back.

Extreamly friendly and helpfull staff, but a hotel with strange and stressful procedures
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I arrived by car. They took the keys for my car and gave me a phonenumber for a concierge. I should call him when I wanted the keys back. This strange "ritual" makes no sense to me.

They seemed hysterically scared not to get the money. I should pay for it all already at the arrival and when I left I was told that they had kept my card open, so they even could have more money without me handing them my card again.

I had to leave because it began to snow, and I couldn't get my car back immediately because they wanted to clean it from snow first. But when I finally got it, it really wasn't cleaned anyway.

In the room it was impossible to stop the ventilation system from running in the bathroom and that ruined my sleep.

The overall impression was that all the details that should make this hotel something speciel and "high-end" actually just made things worse and were quite stressing.

But other guests may have other experiences and liked it all instead...
