London's best hotel with a wonderful team many of whom have worked here for years. Intercontinental Park Lane strives to fulfil requests for room and other guest preferences. I stay here every year when working in London. It's calm, peaceful and with beautiful floral displays and great food and beverage services. Just lovely to be here.
Excellent location, attentive staff, fabulous breakfast. views from the window are great. Complemenary water in the room. Fitness center is equipped with modern, "smart" tools. Very good.
We went for the afternoon champagne tea. Absolutely enjoyed every aspect of it. The ambience and decor , the food and the service. And the regular top ups of champagne. Neither of us eat fish so declined the smoked salmon sandwich but we given lovely fresh chicken to replace.
Lovely friendly staff, chatty but not intrusive. It was a 50th wedding anniversary gift from our son and we felt special throughout the two hours or so that we were there. Lovely waitress , sorry did not catch her name but think it began we J. Thank you for your attention and the gift from the team

Theo is closed Sunday/ Monday.
There is no other dining option at this hotel unless you want to dine under some “Gazebo “ thing outside.
The buffet breakfast is cold .. regardless if you ask for … cold .
There buffet looks the typical dried out stuff.
Sausages, bacon .,, all of it it’s dire .
Location. is very good.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Bathroom is very small and feels old with -sorry to say that- a disgusting shower curtain.
No rain shower head. Narrow bath tub instead of a shower - might be dangerous for older people. Bathroom needs urgently refurbishment - who uses a bath tub nowdays?
Hotel is extremely big and impersonal.
Breakfast room is short of staff and the food feels tasteless - save for the bread. Other hotels of this size offer better breakfast.
Location - Excellent (right across Green Park, and Hyde Park). Walking distance to Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, and Regent Street
Atmosphere - Phenomenal, active, and vibrant
Rooms - Very clean, Roomy, and Quiet
Amenities - Excellent breakfast options. Walkable to 2 underground stations, and bus stops
Service - Superb service. Room was always clean with fresh towels and freshly made bed
Noise Level - Very quiet and peaceful

The rooms are a standout feature—spacious, elegantly designed, and meticulously maintained. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Beyond the rooms, the hotel amenities were top-tier, providing everything needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had the pleasure of dining at both of the hotel’s restaurants, and both were fantastic. The quality of the food and the atmosphere in each venue made every meal a highlight of the trip. Whether it was a formal dinner or a more casual bite, the culinary experience was consistently great.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every person I encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Their attentive service made the entire experience seamless and welcoming.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very nice and clean. The location was really close to many of the sights so we walked almost everywhere.
The Intercontinental Hotel Park Lane is situated in one of the best locations in London, walking distance to just about everything you would like to see, with service and customer recognition second to none. From the minute you enter the lobby, the front desk personal is ready for you making the check-in fast and seamless which is wonderful, especially after a long transatlantic flight.
My wife always says that it's the only hotel in the world where the doorman greets her upon arrival with a 'welcome home Mrs. G'.
The rooms/suites are well decorated, comfortable and most importantly, clean!
The Intercontinental Club on the 7th floor, in my opinion is the best I've experienced anywhere around the world, great food, afternoon tea, evening drinks/canapes and a private place to relax. However, the hotel's greatest asset is their staff, friendly and efficient housekeeping, knowledgeable and very helpful Concierge station to top management, all have one goal, making your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Definitely a wonderful experience, if for business or leisure.

I stayed here for the London Marathon, and I cannot say enough about the location and the STAFF. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for hotel in a great location with incredble folks, this is it!
After visiting this InterContinental Hotel last year, it was an easy decision to choose it once again while enjoying London for 5 nights. The staff is very helpful and personable, the location is excellent surrounded by major parks, close to Buckingham Palace. We arrived early and were able to get checked in, and we strolled Hyde Park just across the street on the first day as we acclimatized to the time zone and fought off the jet lag. The comfort of the hotel allowed us to adjust and get on track swiftly to enjoy the city and events. We used the lounge service which was brilliant and the food, beverages, afternoon tea and snacks, along with a fantastic view makes it one of the nicest InterContinental facilities worldwide. We were also very impressed with the staff retention as we had met most of them the previous year, so it was nice to be welcomed back and taken care of. Anna, Jasper, Chariq and Chaitanya greeted us early each morning in the lounge with a lovely breakfast and coffee, lattes, etc. We will definitely return again on our next trip to London. Bravo!👏 👏👏
