The room is on the smaller side, but the location is fantastic. Overall, the service is very good.
We had a wonderful stay here. Great atmosphere, the staff are all friendly, welcoming and professional. Thank you to Ilya and all at the Door, to Janette and the rest of the reception team. A special thanks to re-cleaning my room when my request for no air fresheners was received last minute - above and beyond and hugely appreciated. Location is perfect for walk into town and to Green Park. Great nights sleep. Exceeded our expectations at every level.
I absolutely love this hotel and would not stay at any other hotel in London now. Firstly the staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast are delicious. Theo Randall's was scrumptious and great value for money.
The hotel is also in a great location and I thought it was competitively priced.
Lovely old school luxury. Welcoming reception team, bed so comfortable, room was spacious and full of helpful touches to make your stay special
Good Location, in Mayfair lose to all the good resit rams and shopping. All good hotels nearby too.Opposite Hyde park.Walking distance to Harrods and Piccadilly , Regent Street.
Our room was very spacious , it was a suite with a powder room a d separate sitting room. We loved it .
Comfortable bed with crisp linen.
We ordered room service which was well presented ,all others asks were also quickly taken care of.
Breakfast was very good we were very pease , the service staff in the restaurant was always smiling and getting things on the table.
The bar is also lively .
Over all a very good experience.
The people at the concierge desk were not so helpful and pleasant. We spoke to 2-3 of them at different times all were same, don’t know why!
Something I noticed which the team can take note of and fix - in the shower cubical there is a vertical grab bar , which hits you and hurts when you take shower a little movement hits you. This can be avoided by fixing. It’s nothing major but worth mentioning.
Will want to stay again here for sure.
InterContinental Park Lane is a well-located hotel overlooking Hyde Park, with convenient access to Mayfair, Knightsbridge, and Green Park. The setting makes it easy to explore central London on foot while also being close to underground connections.
The rooms are modern and comfortable inredda i klassisk stil, with good beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Depending on the room category, some offer pleasant views över Londons skyline. The overall standard is solid and in line with expectations for an established five-star hotel in this part of London. While parts of the interior feel contemporary rather than historic, the property is professionally managed and consistently maintained.
Service is efficient and polished without being overly formal. Staff are attentive and helpful, contributing to a smooth stay from check-in to departure. The lobby area feels lively, often with a mix of business travelers and leisure guests.
Breakfast is well organized with a good selection, and the bar provides a convenient setting for informal meetings or a quiet drink.
Overall, InterContinental Park Lane is a reliable choice in a prime London location. Particularly for travelers who prioritize position, consistency, and professional service over boutique character. It works well for both business and leisure stays.
Special thanks to the gentleman at the entrance, always with a smile, and the staff at breakfast! Exceptional service!
First class hotel in every aspect, staff, ambience and facilities. Highly recommend.
Best location to stay, staff was welcoming and accommodating. Excellent customer service with impeccable service from doorpersons, concierge, and restuarant staff.

Staff welcoming , surroundings beautiful so relaxing , could have stayed all day …..
The whole experience was more than just a spa it was a Wellness , relaxing retreat
We stayed here again as we had tickets to see England v Wales rugby and thought we would have a few days fun in London as well. The hotel is located in park lane, very close to shopping areas and also 2 tube stations which makes it very easy to explore London.
From the second the doorman opened the taxi door we were welcomed with friendly conversation and lots of smiles. We were invited to check in at the club lounge and were escorted up. We received the best checkin experience I have had with IHG (well done Adi) the welcome was immense, we were made to feel at home and check in was seamless and more like talking to an old friend. We enjoyed a welcome drink and some food then went to our room. We were lucky enough to get a nice upgrade. The room was very comfortable, clean and we also had our own balcony with a good view.
We had a great few days or exploring London, and watching the rugby. We were terribly spoiled by all staff at this hotel, with special note Adi and Chirag, thank you both very much. These 2 are amazing ambassadors for the IHG brand, helpful, engaging and could not do enough to cater to our every whim. Better still we noticed that they were just like it with us but every guest was treated to amazing service. Well done Adi and Chirag!!
The hotel isnt cheap, but then luxury never is. Treat your self to an amazing 5 star experience we will definitely be back soon!
I found the location super convenient. Was warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Love the hospitality and professionism of everyone in the hotel! Really enjoyed the panoramic view and serenity from the club !
had two days at this hotel and i can say that it is one of the best hotel in London i have stayed at
Really iconic hotel. Great location, very good breakfast, trained and professional staff. Linen is very clean, mattresses comfy. The GYM is equipped with easy to use “clever” machines, which is really very nice. Excellent hotel. One small issue: when you open the toilet lid, it ends up covering the flush button, so you have to close it again to use the flush. As the bathroom is quite small, this is a bit inconvenient.
We wanted someplace central to explore the city on our first visit. This property hit the spot. It's a short walk to Buckingham Palace to watch the activities there. We walked to Big Ben and other areas as well.
What shined at the Intercontinental were the numerous staff that were the most helpful and kind of anywhere we have stayed. All of the services worked together seamlessly, making for a great visit.
We only enjoyed breakfast there, dining out for other meals, but the morning service was extensive. They will prepare dishes if you are looking foe something beyond the standard offerings.
Our room was nice, adequate size, with a nice view into the park. Absolutely one of the top hotels I have had the pleasure of visiting.
We stayed here ahead of the first 6 nations weekend and were welcomes by Adi in the intercontinental lounge
He made sure we were aware of all the perks of our stay and kept us topped up with champagne the whole night through!
A wonderful stay and overall experience.
As Adi quite rightly pointed out, this really is the best IGH lounge!
