Haunted Hotel New Orleans

Air conditioner worked! Great location! Lots of character! But definitely needs some TLC!

Property was cool. Wife loves the whole haunted hotel theme. Loved that it was in the middle of the French Quarter. Christina was very kind and helpful. She definitely had our stay easier. Thank you Christina!

+property was unique, quiet, safe and had a great courtyard. staff was great!
-room needed repairs in the bathroom, bathroom wasnt 'corner clean' , floor was 'gritty' and the bed was terribly hard! The bed ultimately was our issue with this room...but overall a good experience.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the atmosphere. It was just as expected. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go and Bourbon Street was only a couple blocks away.

The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was cozy and comfortable.

The Haunted Hotel had easy going staff that were easy to chat with “chill”. If you’re looking for a resort style stay this isn’t the place, but if you’re easy going, fun and like to hang out in an open courtyard this is a great place. Keep in mind it’s a heritage hotel.
Our poor little air conditioner was working hard (we named him Aaron) so it would make a grinding noise every 7 minutes for a 2 mins.
However we told staff and they were very kind and understanding. We would stay here again, due to its proximity to all the “New Orleans” vibes and walkability.
Hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly (from what I can tell) and has stairs for the upper levels.

They were nice enough to let us check in early for an event we had to be at for noon. Nice bathroom and beautiful courtyard.

No ghosts again this stay, but very whimsical with blood stained sheets & bathmats with a silhouette of an axe murderer in your room.

Great location to Bourbon Street. Staff were amazing.

The service was excellent from all the staff, especially Cristina. The property is in good condition, simple, and has everything you need considering it's an old building.
The price-quality ratio is very reasonable.
As an improvement, they could add a light and a shelf to store toiletries inside the shower.

The staff are wonderful. The location is great with walkalbe access to Bourbon Street, the French Market, and Trolleys.
It is an old building with lots of charm.

The 3 hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Very family oriented place.
Beds were very comfy, A/C worked, lots of water pressure.

We did not experience any ghost or stuff like that, which I was totally fine with :)

They don’t have a normal front lobby. When we got there, we just called the phone number and they come let you in the side gate and walk down a path that opens into a beautiful court yard and the office is right on the corner.
