Pedi habitación con vista al obelisco superior y no me la quisieron dar porque según ellos no tienen ni calefacción ni aire acondicionado. Me dieron una habitación oscura. Sin vistas, horrible. No tienen enchufes para el celular

Habitaciones del frente Sin Calefacción.

Ubicación, y limpieza.

Cons:

Habíamos pedido habitación al frente ( vista a la calle), pero al llegar se nos informó que la calefacción de las habitaciones del frente estaban sin calefacción, así que nos dieron una hacia atrás. Pero esta tenía una puerta hacías la habitación lindura, por lo cual se escuchaban todos los ruidos. Al siguiente día, nos cambiaron de habitación, a una sin puerta compartida.

Está muy bueno precio calidad detalles de hisopisn, algodón etc

Podrían atender los teléfonos , regale la estadía a mi familia y quería asegurarme de que la reserva esté bien y pedir con vista a la calle PERO JAMÁS ATIENDEN LOS TELEFOS Y ESO HACE QUE LE RESTEN PUNTOS

La atencion del personal fue muy amable . La ubicación del hotel excelente. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda.

Solo unos detalles de mantenimiento para mejorar el funcionamiento del baño. Ademas, los enchufes son diferentes a los de mi país y solo habia uno y lejos de la cama que podia utilizar sin la necesidad de tener que ir a comprar un adaptador..

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y pese a ello, falta mantenimiento. En el baño al tirar la cadena, perdía agua la mochila. En el 10mo de noche se siente mucho ruido
