Nefasto, lamentable
Cons:

Voy a expresar nuestro profundo descontento con la estadía que tuvimos recientemente en su hotel , ya que la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo ofrecido y de lo que abonamos al momento de realizar la reserva.

En primer lugar, la habitación que nos asignaron no coincidía con la que habíamos contratado y pagado. Además, dicha habitación no contaba con calefacción, situación especialmente incómoda e inaceptable considerando las bajas temperaturas.

Posteriormente, nos trasladaron a dos habitaciones individuales, pero nuevamente nos encontramos con los mismos inconvenientes: falta de calefacción y ausencia de frazadas y acolchados adecuados. Debido a esto, debieron cambiarnos otra vez de habitación, generándonos constantes molestias, pérdida de tiempo y un gran malestar durante toda la estadía.

A todo esto se sumó la falta de agua caliente, algo básico e indispensable en cualquier servicio hotelero. Asimismo, el desayuno ofrecido fue de muy baja calidad y no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado ni de la categoría del hotel( supuestamente 4 estrellas )

Lamentablemente, la experiencia resultó muy decepcionante y afectó seriamente nuestro descanso y comodidad. Consideramos que el servicio brindado no se corresponde en absoluto con el valor abonado ni con lo prometido al momento de la contratación.

no ingresamos al hotel , porque prácticamente fuimos rechazados en el front desk al decirnos que la habitación reservada era poco menos que inhabitable y nos aconsejaba cambiar de hotel.

Cons:

para mi , ya que me negaron directamente ver la habitación y decidir, lo que buscaban era ofrecerle a un precio mayor que el de booking

La mejor vista y ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación y la vista de la habitación, espectacular. El personal muy atento. No tenia desayuno, pero podia tomar un café con una media luna accesible y con una vista muy linda. Precio/calidad con relación excelente.

Cons:

Es un poco antiguo, los artefactos de baño, pero esta todo bien..La relación precio / calidad es muy conveniente.
