Excellent staff! Food, service and accommodations are great. Highly recommend this location.
Special shout out to Zeki at the front desk for helping me with some questions. Very friendly and hospitable.
Allen, Bryant and Modesto in valet are very helpful and nice.
And Gus, at the bar makes delicious drinks.

Allen & Tibani were amazing. Needed something at Walmart. Got a ride and they waited for me.

An excellent hotel with a brilliant range of facilities. Delicious and filling breakfast buffet and amazing omelette. Outdoor pool very refreshing escape from the Houston heat! My favourite aspect was highly efficient valet service, our driver Modesto was particularly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Was great to be able to get to the local park for a jog, and he even collected me afterwards, 10/10 service! Would stay again for sure.

Nothing is old and need maintenance

Came for a drink, stayed because Alondra made the experience that good. Great drinks, great energy, and a talent for turning a random night out into a memorable one. My wallet may not forgive her recommendations, but I do. hell yeah.

Lu is outstanding, exceptional, professional, good personality, wonderful person, attractive, accomplished, is good for all ages. Lu makes dining and having and outing at the Hilton a pleasant wonderful happy experience.
Lu is why the Hilton has our repeated business.

Today we came to the Hilton post Oak Hotel and we were kindly greeted by Allen (valet) and Roderick (valet) upon arriving. They were so welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond and have amazing spirits! They are THE FACE OF HILTON POST OAK! They make this hotel so special and this is why I only stay at the Hilton Post Oak! They both need a promotion and a raise!!!

We had a great time visiting Houston and staying at this Hilton hotel. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at every turn… especially Allen the valet who went above and beyond!!

Great location for my work. Walking distance to office. Hilton provides complimentary shuttle service which is convenient in the morning, especially when it is humid. Thanks to Modesto for taking care of me!

Hilton is also walking distance from many good restaurants in the area, which are a bit more pricy than usual since it is located in the Galleria / Post Oak / Uptown area.

A quick review for Roderick and Damion on front of house. Exceptionally attentive gentlemen with a hard working and “can do” attitude. The personification of southern hospitality and a credit to the Hilton Houston Post Oak.

I had a fantastic stay again at Hilton Post Oak - thanks to the incredible staff. Allen & Bryant in Valet always welcome me “home” and provide excellent service. Christina in the coffee shop is always cheerful and does a fantastic job. Mickey, Lu, and Ruben in the bar also provide exceptional personalized service. Katie always comes by to greet me and make sure all is good. I continue to stay at this hotel because of the wonderful employees.

Next to the office, the location is perfect. It also helps to have the shopping.

Rooms were tired especially the bathroom, no hot water. Lots of people making noise in the halls in the middle of the night.

Staff were great though.

We had a great experience staying here over the weekend! Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I recommend staying here!

Allen with the valet was great. He had an awesome attitude and was very funny. He always made sure that my rental (blue VW SUV) was close by and I never had to wait too long to retrieve it. Great dude

Stayed at this hotel for my fiancés birthday weekend. Definitely the best Hilton I’ve stayed at as a current Hilton Honors member . Will book another stay for my next special event. Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. Friendly management as well.
