The room and hotel is nice.

I didn't like that it is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and we got complaints about our dogs barking after 10 mins of arriving and it was not late at night and it was not that big of an issue, they barely barked a couple of times. They also do not explain anything to you about the parking situation or that you have to pay for parking at the front desk and not at the parking garage, so I was overcharged at the parking garage and then told after the fact that I was supposed to pay for parking at the front desk. Why was that not mentioned to me or why was I not asked about paying for parking when I was checking into the hotel? It was just not a great experience, not good communication to a guest who had never been there before (and I told them it was our first time) and we only needed a place to sleep for one night because we were having something done to our house and could not stay in it overnight.

The shower wouldnt stay on it kept switching to a bath also wouldn’t get warm, called for maintenance and it still wouldn’t get warm after maintenance left. Light up mirror in bathroom didn’t work, Blow dryer didn’t work

Short and mediocre. The manager with an attitude ruined our stay.
Pros:

The lobby area was nice and it was nearby The Galleria mall.

Cons:

The staff manager on Night Shift name Jackie was very rude, impatient and passive aggressive. A lot of the guest smell like weed in the room next-door to mine smelled like weed. The parking was not free, which was not disclosed in the booking. The bedsheet was stained. The toilet paper roll holder was about to fall off the wall. This place marks up their prices due to the convenience of the area.

5-Star Service at its Best!
Pros:

The BEST service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel! From front desk to dining room, the staff always goes above and beyond any of our expectations. We frequent this hotel location bi-monthly and always receive top-notch service. The rooms, atmosphere, dining, people are fantastic and we always feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pros:

I love the view the location. The staff was incredible.

Cons:

I had found a bloody bogger on the bathroom wall when I first walked in to the room. I also had the problem of leaving my room before checkout time and when I got back to my room they had cleaned the room out and took my stuff that I had to hunt down my stuff.

Pros:

Unbelievable. This man deserves a raise and also a higher position. These are the kind of people that I hire for my office. I’ve got over 250 employees and if this guy lived in my town, I would definitely be stealing him from you if possible. I’d probably offer him more pay. If you don’t mind, I’d like to leave him my number just in case in the future, he decides to move close to where I’m at that way that he can come work for me.

Amazing staff at the hotel!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel breakfast are very welcoming and warm. Immediately I was greeted and seated with a smile. The food is kept fresh and monitored by the staff constantly. The staff are always doing their rounds and are very attentive to your needs.

Would like to give a special shout out to Tito Edison who was very charming and kind and made conversation with everyone as if he was talking to friends and family. Having stayed in a lot of hotels because of my job I can really tell the difference when the staff take pride and care in their work. I look forward to staying here again!
