Worst sleep ever!
Pros:

The room spewed hot air. The light by the bed didn't work. The that did work flickered. The bed is uncomfortable. The rooms new a Reno!!! Worst experience. Very little sleep. I will NOT return!!!!

Love this place!
Pros:

The entire staff here are so incredibly friendly! Bryant at the valet is extremely kind and patient and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for accidentally losing my valet ticket :)

My wife and I came for a little getaway and Allen from Valet recommend that we should try a restaurant called North Itilia. He also recommend that we try the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni. We went ahead and walked to the restaurant which was only about 5 minutes from the hotel, ordered the dish Allen recommended and had a few drinks. Allen was 100% right about that being a legit Italian restaurant. Thank you Allen for being cool when we first arrived and for your great recommendation! This Hilton has had great staff so far starting with Allen, and is also in a great location for anyone who is interested in staying in Houston near the Galleria area.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the room size was decent.

Cons:

Cleanliness was disappointing — the bathtub had hair in it. The water pressure was poor, and the sink in the hand-washing area drained very slowly, leaving water pooling in the bowl. The gym was also quite small for a hotel of this size.
