Allen was so friendly. Assisted us as we left the hotel recommended places for us to eat and kindly open the door for us as we came back.

Allen from valet was so professional and nice! He was so awesome! He was so happy and outgoing!!! Someone give him a raise! He helped us with our luggage and gave us info about Houston. He was definitely helpful. He was so courteous and polite!!!

Great team to work with in putting on our church retreat for 120 people. This was our second time hosting with them. They were accommodating and friendly. Enjoyable banquet food, and our guests loved the breakfast buffet and omelet bar. Roomy rooms and plenty of elevators. Great location. Everything went smoothly.

I have stayed at this hotel now twice for business purposes. Firstly, this place is covered in darkly colored carpets from the 60s. The rooms are all oddly shaped with the larger corner rooms having a strange triangular shape that does not allow normal flow. Most rooms have at least one non-working light. The thermostat sometimes works. The beds are one of the least comfortable I have ever slept in. And the noice is quite loud outside the hotel.
The only plus is its location and cheap price. If you’re really in a pinch and NEED somewhere to stay, you can survive it.

Alondra aka Alo and Lu are the best. Positive energy, always smiling, and provide great customer service. It’s truly always a great experience! Thanks Hilton.

Amazing service! Top notch! Ideally located in the Galleria. 10 out of 10! Luis, the F and B Manager, and Rezeki, at the Front Desk have been amazing! I also spoke to another very nice Front Desk person before I arrived and she was equally amazing 👏 🤩

The staff was amazing. Delivered a microwave to our room, which was awesome because our kids have food allergies and we need to bring our own. Allen in valet was especially kind and accommodating.

OMG! I love this hotel! As soon as you arrive you’re greeted by the happiest and most friendly staff. I was so tired from a long 5 hr drive, but Allen was all smiles when he helped get our luggage out of our car! And Francisco was the kindest when he took our luggage to our room!
Also Lou from Brittany Bar and Luke the director of restaurant operations were both sooo very nice and sweet. Thanks to everyone for getting us off to an amazing start !

Staff was great and place was well ran. However, the main reason I chose this stay is due to OutPost. The Fact Hilton brings such an applicable service directly to guests shows not only the value they bring as a hotel brand, but also speaks volumes to Hilton staying up to speed on guests who travel for business purposes and meeting their needs in a way like no other hotel can. Because of OutPost I will be staying at this hotel for all future travels in the area.

I had a mix-up with my reservation( my fault) and after a long day of flying I had no room. JJ, the front desk supervisor, went above and beyond to accommodate me. While they had no rooms, he searched nearby and found me a room. The entire time he was kind, accommodating and so friendly. As a lifetime diamond member, this reminded me why I only stay at Hilton properties. JJ is amazing and an asset to Hilton. Afterwards he arranged transportation to another property and Allen, Brahim,and Ryan treated me like royalty to ensure my night was great! I've stayed here many times, and will again any time I travel to Houston. Thanks to everyone involved!!
