Hotel lata świetności ma z całą pewnością za sobą, na pewno też nie jest to klasyczny 4-gwiazdkowy standard, bliżej pewn

Cons:

Poziom czystości pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, w łazience, poduszka na łóżku. Nad drzwiami wejściowymi duża dziura zaklejona kartkami. Podczas rezerwacji wybrałam podwójne łóżko, otrzymaliśmy pojedyncze, zapytałam o to na recepcji, usłyszałam że trzeba takie wybrać, powiedziałam że wybrałam, po czym pani dość jowialnie zapytała czy ktoś ma przyjść i złączyć te łóżka… odpowiedziałam że sami to zrobimy skoro podwójne łóżko to po prostu złączone.

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird nicht in neue Ausstattung investiert. Klimaanlage ist alt war sehr dreckig. Die Zimmeraustattung war beschädigt ( Mülleimer, Couchsessel, Duschschlauch war mit einem Isolierband abgeklebt). Wände waren dreckig. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr unhygienisch. Die Tischdecken und Salzstreuer waren sehr dreckig, auch sah man hinter den Vorhängen dass die Fenster nicht geputzt waren und sich teilweise Spinnweben gebildet haben.

Clean, modern, good breakfast, but very isolated - difficult to go anywhere without car.

A/C worked fine.
Wifi was solid.
Can pay by card (this is a rarity in Bosnia).

Cons:

Location. Awful! This hotel is so isolated. Googlemaps shows a tram near the train station which could take me to the Old Town, so I booked this hotel based on that. But.....that tram no longer operates! Take note - there is NO tram from the main train station (10 mins walk from Hotel Grand). To go to the Old town, you have to walk to Muzeji tram station which is a good 20 mins. And there are no restuarants, bars etc near the hotel - the nearest are about 15 mins away in 'Franca Lehara' road. Very isolated.
If you have a car, then the above is not an issue.

Pros:

To już mój 3 raz w tym hotelu, teraz hotel przeszedł remont, pokoje w lepszym stadardzie ale jakość ta sama, tzn czysto i schludnie - śniadania są przepyszne i zawsze dużo do wyboru. Obsługa świetna można się podpytać i dogadać. We wrześniu tu na pewno wrócę bo za tą cenę bardzo dobra opcja w Sarajewie, do starego centrum blisko (wiadomo w sezonie w upały to ten kawałek do przejścia trochę się dłuży). Dużym dużym plusem jest przestronny parking do zostawienia auta.
