Pros:

Frukosten var super , vi fick frukosten på våning 9 där var det lungt och skönt

Cons:

Hissarna , för mycket folk och lite hissar blev en hel del väntas . Borde finnas trappor som inte är långt där bakom så man måstr få vägvisning för att veta var dom finns. (Inte meningen att hotellgäster ska använda dom )

Pros:

Aamiainen oli maukas ja runsas. Tarjolla oli lämpimiä ohukaisia, jogurttia, mysliä, leikkeleitä tms.
Hotellin ravintola ja baari olivat myös hyviä, joskaan ruokalista ei ollut kovin runsas.

Cons:

Huoneessa jatkuvasti puhaltava ilmastointi oli ikävä yllätys. Sitä ei saanut pois päältä. Soitin vastaanottoon ja sain alemmasta kerroksesta huoneen, jossa ilmastoinnin pystyi säätämään. Henkilökunta oli ymmärtäväinen asian suhteen. Kannattaako ko. huoneita edes antaa asiakkaille talvikuukausina?

Nous sejournons pour la 3 eme fois dans cet hotel. Il est parfait pour les familles , la piscine sur le toit et le personnel du petit déjeuner est toujours tres agreable! Nous reviendons!

Pros:

Bom pequeno almoço
Boa localização- perto de elétrico e bus
Quarto com espaço e que as cortinas tapam a claridade. Não se houve barulhos
Boa limpeza
Staff Muito simpático

Cons:

Apenas de pedir fatura e não porem o tax id no sitio certo (sabe-se lá porquê). Apenas puseram nas observações. Não acho justo. A factura tem de ser emitida ao momento e passível de se colocar os detalhes todos.

Sijainti oli tarpeisiimme nähden loistava. Yhdelle hengelle lisäyön saaminen hoitui mutkitta.

Cons:

Aamupalan aikavaraus on lomalla harmillista, kun itse ainakin koen, että juuri aikatauluttomuus on loman tärkein asia. Naisten pukutilat sauna- ja uimaosastolla olivat epäsiistissä kunnossa ja pyyhkeitä ei ollut saatavilla.

Huoneesta ja näkö-alasta.

Cons:

Hissejä sai odottaa kun oli paljon väkeä/lapsia ja rappusien kautta ei voinut kulkea koska oli kuulemma henkilökuntaa varten. ( Mainitsi joku muu asiakas)

Tyylikkäät huoneet, ystävällinen henkilökunta, rauhallinen ympäristö. Hyvä äänieristys huoneissa iso +.

Ilmastointi ei mennyt ihan tarpeeksi viileälle.. mutta onneksi ikkuna oli mahdollisuus avata ja ulkona sattui olemaan suht viileä ilma :)

Great t8me, great location.
Pros:

Lovely environment, friendly and helpful staff, good food and great location.

Cons:

On arrival we had a double room but had asked for a twin. I had even emailed you the week before and you still got it wrong.
Shortly after arriving we discovered we were on the pet floor with a barking dog next door. We were moved to a less nice room without the beautiful view of the water. This was dissapointing.
Sauna was too small.

Large hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Huge hotel, a bit further from the center, but several means of transportation nearby. Breakfast is good, although you have to book a specific time to avoid the huge hustle and bustle.

Very many people the day we checked in. We stood in a long line, but overall everything was fine
