Pros:

Everything was great, I loved the room design. Great customer service, we were allowed to check in a little before the check in time. Nice, very clean hotel, very comfy beds.

Cons:

Everything was perfect until...breakfast. It's only served from 7-9:30. Very incovenient for guests who want to sleep in and very inconvenient because there were sooo many people at breakfast the same time; it was a struggle to find seating, sometimes plates, bread; they kept running out of different things because they could not keep up with the crowd. I felt bad for the staff running with a smile on their faces clearly overwhelmed by the situation. I am sure there is a way for a smoother running of breakfast. Extended hours, maybe? The food was great, by the way.

Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Pool im Dach super, das Frühstück lecker

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zum Teil extrem überfüllt und leider recht früh zuende. Für uns war die Zeitumstellung zur MEZ echt ein Problem und wir mussten im Urlaub jeden Tag den Wecker für das Frühstück stellen.

Ottimi collegamenti bus dall'hotel. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Letto comodo. Colazione con un buon buffet, più salato che dolce.

Cons:

Giusto per essere pignoli l'acqua della piscina un po' freddina.

Het ligt heel fijn aan een mooi park waar je lekker kan hardlopen en het uitzicht vanuit de douches bij de sauna op de bovenste etage is fenomenaal! Een prachtig uitzicht over de hele stad! En een zwbad en sauna is natuurlijk ook fijn. Verrukkelijk ontbijt ook. Zoveel keuze en verse ingrediënten

Poor housekeeping
Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast is from 06:30 till 09:30 and at the peak time around 08:30 till 09:30 the dining room is in chaos. There was not enough staff cleaning the dining room, we cleaned our table ourselves and had breakfast sourrounded with dirty dishes as no one was picking up plates on sourrounding tables for 20 minutes. When we came back to hotel in the afternoon to pick up our stoved luggage, there was milk shake spilled that no one was cleaning and throughout hotel lonby there were paper on the floor. The housekeeping is poor and I was gratefull that we only slept there for one night.

Bom pequeno almoço. Boa localização. É possível ir a pé para o centro ou apanhar um elétrico mesmo em frente ao hotel.
Ficámos num quarto familiar (4 pessoas) e havia espaço suficiente.

Cons:

Por vezes foi difícil conseguir entrar nos elevadores nos momentos de maior afluência. Deveriam existir escadas para quem as quisesse utilizar. Infelizmente as escadas estão na zona reservada ao staff.
