The place to stay
Pros:

We liked everything!! This was our first stay in Westing, usually we were staying at another landmark hotel in Zagreb, but we are very happy with the change and we will be back.

Cons:

Very well located, the hotel offers excellent accommodation, is spotlessly clean and has super comfortable beds. The pool is great, opens early and stays open until late, so one can find time to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing - it offers a great choice of homemade food, pastries, fresh fruits and the service is great. Check in is easy and quick - a young, kind, helpful and competent team manages the reception desk with a smile that definitely makes the stay really special. Thank you!

Cons:

Missing hooks for towels in the bathroom which leads to daily exchange of barely used towels. It does not seem too be too environment friendly.

Pros:

Kao i uvijek ispunilo je moja isčekivanja od ljubaznosti osoblja do bogatog doručka .Blizina samog centra .

Cons:

Potrebno lagano renoviranje pojedinih soba i lift kao da postaje svaki put sve bučniji .

Good stay
Pros:

Great location. Good stay. Very good check-in, although we had some issues in checkout. Affordable breakfast which is more than what we expected. The hotel is one of the best in the city. Pool is good. There is also a gym.

Cons:

Rules in the pool and spa area aren't enforced and there is a lot of nudity that made it uncomfortable to use at times.

Ljubaznost osoblja.

Cons:

Hotel koji po nijednom kriteriju ne niti 3 zvjezdice. Dotrajale sobe u kojima se boja ljusti i sa plafona i zidova. Rupe u plafonima gdje su nekada bile zarulje. Dorucak jedva zadovoljavajuci za 3 zvijezdice. Hrana izgleda kao da su ubacili ostatke od dana ranije. Osusena sunka, senf koji je na vrhu skoren.
