Hotel enorme; probabilmente, quando è stato costruito, era all'altezza delle 5 stelle che vanta, ma ora è decisamente in declino e necessita di un pesante restyling. Il bagno, almeno nella mia camera, era antiquato e presentava evidenti difetti (metallo consunto dall'uso, rubinetteria da sostituire). Il numero di clienti che l'hotel ospita è impressionante, e c'è un continuo via-vai di bus che scaricano centinaia di persone e bagagli ogni 15 minuti. Forse per questo è pressoché impossibile trovare un tavolo libero a colazione, a qualunque ora. Il personale del ristorante non è molto gentile e, in ogni caso, non rispetta le esigenze dei clienti, probabilmente a causa dell'enorme affluenza. Io, nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo la colazione, ho desistito. È impossibile anche solo bere un caffè, se si ha fretta, come nel mio caso, dati i tempi richiesti dal personale per assecondare le richieste. A consuntivo, a mio parere l'hotel non vale assolutamente il costo (decisamente troppo esoso)!

Kopottas a szálloda (jobb napokat látott, de jó régen). Nehézkes, rossz recepciós ügyintézés.

Központi, jó fekvés.

Cons:

Reggel 10 órakor érkeztünk. Nem lehetett bejelentkezni és a szobát elfoglalni, egészen 15h utánig. Történt ez annak ellenére, hogy a korai érkezést a foglaláskor kértük. A recepciós munkatársak sem nyítottak, sem készségesek nem voltak, nagyon nehézkes volt a bejelentkezés és teljesen feleslegesen kértek depozitot a szállás árán felül. Csendes szobát kértünk a foglaláskor, de egy felvonó melletti szobát kaptunk, ahol a felvonó zaja elképesztően hangos volt, egész éjszaka. Szinte elviselhetelenül.

Comfortable
Pros:

Rooms were large, spotless, with comfortable beds, good AC, and a coffee machine. Hotel is in a good location, about 20mins walking from the old town and 10mins from a number of restaurants and shops.

Shout out to the bar and cleaning staff who were so helpful and friendly.

Overall we were happy with our stay and would likely stay again.

Cons:

Unfortunately a hotel event on the 17th floor went on long into the early morning one of the nights, keeping a number of our group awake with loud music and guests revving cars outside the building.

While there's a good selection, breakfast is on the pricier side.

Westin je svakako preporuka za boravak u Zg.
Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna. Sadrzaji u hotelu raznovrsni. U sobi vas doceka niz detalja koji cine boravak ugodnijim ( keksi ,kolaci,voda...). U ovom hotelu volim sto u svakoj sobi imaju peglu i stol za peglanje..

Cons:

Tokom ovog boravka je bila iznimna guzva ,cekalo se na lift,guzva na recepciji, za vrijeme dorucka nema stola... ali to nije do organizacije hotela.

Top locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het bed op kamer 1103 heeft wel zijn beste tijd gehad, dit gemeld en de receptie heeft de parking aangeboden en de waanzinnig lekkere hamburger.
Maar al met al een perfecte locatie waar we zeker terugkomen
