Disapointed
Pros:

I stayed before, i like The place but this time my tom was disapoinment

Cons:

Nespresso coffee Mashine did not had one single capsule to make a coffee.
There were 4 chamomile tea with Whitney but not black tea.
In the bathroom no hook for towels. Only to put them on the floor!!! Well???
Shower dispenser almost empty, perhaps one shower max. Had to use hand soap, also minimum quantity.
Phone for room service not functioning.

Jako lose i neugodno
Cons:

Došla sam s tromjesečnom bebom nakon dugog puta iz Splita, želeći odsjesti u Westinu zbog blizine Klaićeve bolnice. Cura na recepciji nas je htjela lijepo primiti, no djelatnik koji se predstavljao kao voditelj smjene bio je izrazito neugodan i bezobrazan. Nismo mogli dobiti sobu jer beba nema osobnu iskaznicu, iako to po zakonu nije obavezno. Ako je to politika hotela, mogli su nas odbiti na ljudski i profesionalan način. Na kraju smo morale otići u drugi hotel gdje nismo imali niakvih problema sa osobnom.Jako je sramotno da hotel ima takav pristup zaposlenika.

Clean and good location. Bed and shower awful.
Pros:

Good location. Clean. Staff very polite.

Cons:

We come to the Westin every time we visit Zagreb. The quality seems declining. We got one of the older rooms that were not renovated. Bed was awful and the shower was extremely low and bolted to the wall making it impossible for a taller person to shower adequately.

I liked everything about this stay and it’s my favourite place when I visit Zagreb!
Pros:

The gym and sauna! Amazing! Also the bed! The sheets were sooo Devine! I melted into bed! The breakfast is sooo good!
