Hotel nearby almost everything
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Westin Zagreb and overall had a pleasant experience.

The hotel has a beautiful and elegant lobby that creates a great first impression. The location is excellent, with most of Zagreb’s main attractions within walking distance.

Our room was spacious, but the décor felt quite outdated, with a strong 1980s style. Housekeeping was very attentive and serviced the room several times a day. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as chocolates on the pillow each evening and complimentary fruit and bottled water upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling when we checked in. After informing the staff, it was removed promptly, which we appreciated. However, the shower is in need of renovation and doesn’t match the standard you would expect from a Westin hotel.

The indoor pool was perfectly fine, although it was a little disappointing that there is no outdoor pool.

Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.

Overall, the hotel offers excellent service, a great breakfast, and a convenient location. With some updates to the rooms and bathrooms, it could easily provide an even better guest experience.

Great Location and Clean
Pros:

TLDR: A quiet and clean hotel with timely elevators and friendly staff located a short walking distance to the city center. Basically everything you need to rest up and prepare for the next day's adventures. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

As a family of three, we stayed here twice in June, about three days a piece as our round trip flight was out of Zagreb. Both stays had clean and spacious rooms, though our second stay on a different floor was clearly renovated. They seem to be gradually updating all the rooms.

A great breakfast buffet, a fully stocked fitness center, a separated restaurant and bar.

Shout out to Katja at the front desk who helped us find good places and things to eat. To the trainees at breakfast who remembered our drink orders without having to ask. And to Gabrijel and Ana at the bar for their great service and suggestions.

Great hotel with a Lovely bar
Pros:

Great hotel . Perfect if you are driving . Tram stop right outside to go to the center . Only 50 cents for 30 minute ride - easy to get the tickets on the app. Breakfast was good
Pool area was great - perfect for the hot day . Room was clean and comfortable.
The is a lovely bar and restaurant serving Croatian dishes at a reasonable price ( not the main restaurant)the staff In the bar where very helpful and friendly . We watched the football on the outside tv set . would stay again

Pros:

The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, always going the extra mile by bringing water bottles and chocolates to help guests stay hydrated and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options, and all the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

La vie de palace
Pros:

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et dun professionnalisme impressionnant.
La chambre est très confortable,la literie aussi. La salle de sport est incroyable il y'a tout ce qu'on veut comme une vrai salle de sport qu'on trouve dans les villes.

Cons:

La télé un peu trop ancienne, la télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas bien même après avoir changé les piles.
L'aspect extérieur du bâtiment fait un peu vieu il mériterais un bon coup de peinture

Espaço e localização excelente, mas staff poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Localização perfeita, excelente café da manhã, academia moderna com grande diversidade de aparelhos e facilidades como sauna e piscina. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Cons:

O staff é profissional, mas frios e não nos fazem sentir bem-vindos. Talvez seja algo cultural. Zero simpatia, zero sorrisos. Parecem desconfortáveis com conversas em inglês. Mas sentimos isso em toda Zagreb, inclusive nos pontos turísticos.
