Great location but nothing special
Pros:

The location is good if you are looking for a downtown hotel. Parking and a garage are available, and the front desk staff are professional and pleasant.

Cons:

The Westin Zagreb feels like an outdated hotel still living on the reputation of its former Intercontinental/Opera days. While it has a certain classic charm, the rooms and facilities are clearly in need of renovation.

For the price, there are better and more modern options available in Zagreb that offer better value and a fresher overall experience.

Pros:

U hotelu je vrlo ugodna atmosfera, soba je iznimno udobna i čista, osoblje je bilo srdačno i izašlo mi ususret i više nego što sam očekivao.

Cons:

Noću se čula glazba iz objekta u blizini, no nije bila glasna pa mi nije smetalo kod spavanja.
