Great service and a grand hotel
Pros:

I had a very pleasant 3-night stay at The Westin Zagreb. The biggest strength of the hotel is definitely its staff — everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel has a great location and an impressive, grand atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, which made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, I had a really good experience and would be happy to return.

Cons:

For a hotel of this category, I feel it is ready for a renovation. Some areas show signs of age, with scratched walls, worn furniture and a somewhat outdated design. Nothing that affected our stay, but a refreshed interior would certainly bring the hotel back to the level its name and position deserve.

Pros:

Clienti abituali, ci saremmo attesi una collocazione al X o XI piano come richiesto. La stanza assegnataci da una vostra receptionist biondina (per nulla simpatica), al XIII piano, era invece veramente vecchiotta non da 5☆ : necessita di venir restaurata/ammodernata quanto prima. Le cose che continuo ad apprezzare sono la location, il garage ed il bar. Gentilissima la receptionist Mia.

Cons:

La stanza al XIII piano, la receptionist bionda in servizio domenica pomeriggio ed il personale del ristorante, dove una cena pubblicizzata ad un prezzo viene fatta pagare un po' di piu' (incomprensibile il perche').

Cons:

Tesise giriş (Check in ) saati çok geç, saat 14.30 da ancak otele giriş yapabildik. Sabah erken orda olursanız uzunca bir süre beklemelisiniz.

Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable room. 24-hour checkout, early check-in. Easy taxi booking for going to the airport very early in the morning. Attentive express and room service.

Volvería, sin dudas.
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, estuvimos poco tiempo, no utilizamos pileta, etc. tampoco tomamos desayuno. La ubicación es perfecta para lo imprescindible, y la atención en recepción es de destacar.
