Менеджер отеля Бурак нас разместил супер удобно. За что ему огромное спасибо!

Cons:

Отель расположен супер удобное локации. Исторические здания вокруг. Опера, шопинг центы, музей.

Front desk, especially Mr. Vadim. Great attitude, kindness.
Room service staff.

Cons:

Toilet should have sink but under current configuration is not possible.
There should be more light, especially in wardrobe closets.
Windows sound insulation not so good.
There should be choice of muuuch firmer pillows.
Pizza from room service is total disgrace.

Amazing
Pros:

I liked literally everything. The room was really clean and the breakfast was delicious. The team also was smażony especially sir Nicolas. He was do kind when we checked in and told us than if we will want anything he is here for us. The best worker that we could get help from. Everything was without any problems. Amazing hotel. 10/10

Os atendentes da recepção. Muito gentis

Cons:

Serviço de concierge muito ruim. Nada simpáticos, não conseguiram nenhuma reserva. Recusando algumas vezes até de tentar ligar para os restaurantes.
Os homens muito mal humorados .

zeer plezierig verblijf in een prachtig hotel maar kleine gebreken in de kamer die je niet verwacht

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hotel, echt een Grand hotel

Cons:

toilet in kamer trekt niet goed door, douche matig, kopjes die kapot zijn, stopcontact voor de föhn werkte niet. Dat hoort niet bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse

I moved to blue colour bedroom and that was just perfect.
Pros:

A beautiful building , great staff.

The room facing the opera was noisy and in red if you are not a fan of red colour for bedroom.
