Pros:

room was nice, comfortable. location very good, just in front of Opera. Breakfast was good, different options, well prepared, tasty.

Cons:

Bed was narrow. Initially we paid for king size bed, but it appeared that bed was only 157cm in width. We paid to upgrade the room with king size bed. There was a cue for breakfast in the morning. Food was good and tasty, but nothing special.

Such an amazing place!
Pros:

I have to recommend this hotel because it exceeded all my expectations. I stayed here with my wife for our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of.

We booked a Junior Suite, which turned out to be an excellent choice – the room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.

We had our anniversary dinner outside the hotel, but later returned to the Club Lounge. I highly recommend upgrading to it – the variety of food and the elegant atmosphere made the experience even more special.

The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding – from the front desk receptionists, waiters, and concierge to the housekeeping team and room service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Everything about this place is 10/10. We were pleasantly surprised by how great our stay was, and we are already planning to come back in winter.

Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!

No AC for 3days
Pros:

Worst hotel I have been complaining my AC doesn’t work for since I arrive no efforts was made until 3days after. It is impossible to sleep in heat. How can you give guest a faulty room and expect them to move 3pm the normal check in time this is not acceptable. This property doesn’t value its guest.

The Most Amazing Stay in Paris
Pros:

Everything about this property is five star luxury! The attention to every detail and how wonderfully they treat you there makes you never want to leave. They are over the top professional and attentive to every need no matter how big or small the request is. We so enjoyed our room and all that it came equipped with. The wonderful welcome treats they put in our room upon arrival to the extra hangers needed. The views and location are perfect and in an area that is safe with loads of shopping and restaurants close by. The views from the 5th floor and the two balconies we enjoyed each day were fabulous and iconic views of Paris. 🫶❤️ The bar, Restaurant , Spa, front lobby, concierge and the front door staff should all take a bow. Phenomenal service across the board. Thank you to Julian in the atrium breakfast area, he is such a genuine pleasure to meet and have greet you in the morning ( cappuccino with a slice of chocolate).

I didn't like the fact that after checking out, 300 euros were debited from my card 2 days later and we don't understand the reasons for this debit!!!!!! We wrote to both Booking and the hotel, and no one has contacted us yet(((
