-اطول وقت شيك قضيته في فندق
-فالبداية قالو الفطور مجاني لك لان اخرناكم ويوم جينا نفطر قالو غرفتكم مافيها فطور وفي التشيك اوت لقيتهم ضايفين الفطور ولم قلتلهم عن الي حصل اعتذرو وشالو تكلفة الفطور
-حجزت غرفتين غرفة فيها شطاف والثانية طلعت بدون
- التكييف كان مزعج واداءة جيد نوعا ما
- الغرفة مافي منفذ تايب سي بس USB ومافيها uk plug
-صوت القطار مزعج طول اليوم مع العلم ان في طابق مرتفع
-المخدة تحت الكفر كانت صفراء وفيها بقع (وصورتها وطلبت تبديلها)
- الغرفه كانت اوبرا لكن كانت تطل على مكيفات وشياء مهمله فوق السطح (الصور موجودة )
-اللوبي فخم بس من تروح الغرفه كانك في فندق ثاني
- المبلغ مقابل الفندق لا في بدائل افضل ولايمكن ارجعله

Welcoming, helpful staff, exceptionally comfortable and clean rooms, perfect amenities!

Exceptional staff from reception and concierge to the cleaners and door men. We really appreciated the welcome and kindness and exceptional service. The 2 am welcome after hard travel, concierge help with airline, getting us tickets and restaurant recommendations and reservations and the amazing breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch! Staff were just fantastic,

During our family trip to Paris, our stay at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable. In 40-degree heat, the air conditioning in both of our rooms did not work, and despite several requests, the issue was never fixed. It was impossible to sleep, and our children felt unwell because of the heat. As a result, our trip was largely ruined, because after a sleepless night it is impossible to enjoy the sightseeing and the city itself. By providing such conditions, the hotel puts the life and well-being of its guests at risk.
The staff only offered a refund, but in peak season it was practically impossible to find two rooms in another hotel, so this “solution” was useless for a family with children.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families travelling with children.
