NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Never again !! Housekeeping and cleanliness are way below standard such as hair under the sheets in your bed, clogged sinks that flush dirt out .. to non working heating in the room, non working mini bar (our diabetes medicine got ruined) and instead of upgrading the room due to these events, they brought an external heater .. got a small extra fridge all while the smell from the kitchen of cooked food filled the room every day … HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Never again !!!

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I spend +120 hotel nights all over the world and this definitely ranks as one of the worst: Foreign Hair on the mattress, skin residues, clogged drains, heating not working on one of the coldest weeks in London, very bad housekeeping in general. Mini Fridge not refrigerating and our diabetes medicine inside it !! What more? Potato chips debris under an uncleaned bed? Not to mention that some rooms the shower cabin doesn't fit a normal person, so we had to change the room. We were on the 7th floor and still the cooking smell would infiltrate the room making it so "unfresh". Despite all our complaints, we only got a visit from the Housekeeping Manager apologizing from us and presenting us with a tiny fruit bowl !!! Any other hotel would have offered at least an upgrade.

Very good hotel but need to be more strict with certain kind of guests - who are making noises everywhere .

ارجوا فرش الغرف افضل تغيير العزل بجدران الحمامات والغرف المجاوره تغيير نوعيه المفارش عمل ديكورات على المناظر المطله عليه

يعتبر قريب من شارع الماركات وشارع سيلفريج مشي 7 ق تقريبا الى 10
يوجد شطاف بالحمام اتوماتيكي
ضيافه المياه العاديه والغازيه
الفطور الساخن يوجد خيارات تطلبينه من المنيو
اما البقيه بوفيه مفتوح

الغرفه جدا صغيره ومكتومه
المفارش مزعجه اثناء الحركة والتقلب واذا معك شخص اخر بالغرفه خطواته بالغرفه مزعجه على الباركيه
استعماله للحمام اي كان مسموعه اصوات المياه وصوت جهاز الشطاف جدا مزعجه
كذلك الغرفه المجاوره يعملون فيها طوال الوقت ازعاج وتسمعين كنه سحب سلم ودرير يستخدمونه لم استطيع النوم جيدا
عزل الغرف غير جيد
مطل غرفتي جدا سيء بالدور الرابع اطل على تجمع مياه عند اجهزه التكييف ياليت كانوا مسوين ديكور على المكان ممكن افضل
لك استطيع ان افتح شباك الغرفه عالق
