Overall fine hotel, but did not get what I paid for at breakfast
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, personel at reception, etc. were fine.

Cons:

Out of 3 days of stay had issues at breakfast service twice, wrong order at first day, second time, order forgotten, retaken, and after minutes received a with dairy omlet instead of my no-dairy scrambled eggs, at that point I left the hotel for breakfast outside in a cafe nearby. Hire an experience person to run the floor and coordinate with kitchen.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Large rooms and central location

Cons:

Very annoying smoke sensor flashes like lightning above the bed every minute which disturbs sleep. A 5-star hotel should be able to deal with that and not tell me it’s standard.

Shower is uncomfortably small.

Frustrating experience.
Cons:

I was in a room next to the services entrance and staff were forever making noise. I had to complain to make them quieten down which is unacceptable.

The staff at breakfast were forever making mistakes and getting our orders wrong. Their English is very poor.

Pros:

Great location.
Exceptional gym.

Cons:

Staff can hardly speak English and not a single morning did they get my coffee or breakfast order correct. Definitely not up to expectation.
