The Hotel team was great and the Housekeeping service was amazing
Great location.
Service levels are 3 star. Not enough staff. And they need to be prompted. Bags were left unattended. We needed to ask them to find them. Seems petty but if you’re paying 5 star prices you shouldn’t get 3 stars.
It is clearly focussed on Middle Eastern customers. That should be made clear. “Full English” breakfast with chicken sausages and turkey bacon ?
Location, the suit size and interior details. Very friendly staff.
Didn’t not find anything which I didn’t like.
