Leider eine Enttäuschung - ich würde nicht wieder dorthin gehen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Check-In war sehr spät erst möglich. Sogar nach offizieller Check-In Zeit. Es arbeiten fast ausschliesslich asiatische Mitarbeiter/innen dort, was die Kommunikation teilweise erschwert hat. Zimmer waren enorm kalt - Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig.

Never again !! Housekeeping and cleanliness are way below standard such as hair under the sheets in your bed, clogged sinks that flush dirt out .. to non working heating in the room, non working mini bar (our diabetes medicine got ruined) and instead of upgrading the room due to these events, they brought an external heater .. got a small extra fridge all while the smell from the kitchen of cooked food filled the room every day … HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Never again !!!

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I spend +120 hotel nights all over the world and this definitely ranks as one of the worst: Foreign Hair on the mattress, skin residues, clogged drains, heating not working on one of the coldest weeks in London, very bad housekeeping in general. Mini Fridge not refrigerating and our diabetes medicine inside it !! What more? Potato chips debris under an uncleaned bed? Not to mention that some rooms the shower cabin doesn't fit a normal person, so we had to change the room. We were on the 7th floor and still the cooking smell would infiltrate the room making it so "unfresh". Despite all our complaints, we only got a visit from the Housekeeping Manager apologizing from us and presenting us with a tiny fruit bowl !!! Any other hotel would have offered at least an upgrade.
