Cons:

I genuinely think the room thermostat/AC was broken in the room I was staying in. Like the thermostat said 60 however the room was HOT lol Even after attempting to make it max ac at the lowest temp setting (60) it never got any cooler. The showers definitely need an upgrade too.

100% recomendation
Pros:

Within walking distance to all major attractions in New Orleans. In front of an outlets mall and next to restaurants and bars. Adding to that, spacious & clean rooms.

Cons:

Old elevators and not included breakfast.

Pros:

Beautiful facility

Cons:

We were not aware of valet parking, extra $100 we were not expecting. Bought a sandwich each, not told told how big the sandwich was. We could have split one. We wasted half of each one because we couldn't eat the whole one. Sandwich was delicious, hated to waste it.

We arrived early. They got us checked in and up to our rooms. The rooms where clean and the beds where comfortable.
