Dreadful tech. A tv screen too far from the bed. Not a smart TV which should be an easy upgrade. Travellers now prefer access to the streaming platforms they subscribe to, like Netflix.

Pros:

Great location well within walking distance. Very clean rooms and lobby staff was welcoming the valet guys were hard working. Most impressive!!! Loved the extremely hot water in showers

Good location, pricey parking, small beds .
Pros:

The property is in a good location, and all staff members were professional and very helpful .

Cons:

There is no way to get around paying $50 per night parking fee. The good news is it’s valet parking. The parking garage across charges 50/ day, so you might as well hand over the keys at check in lol. Staff is really helpful. However, I booked a Deluxe double bed room and the beds offered are full size. Sleeping was definitely uncomfortable. I couldn’t wrap my head around their concept of deluxe! Definitely won’t stay there again.
