Fabulous location
Pros:

The Riverfront Hotel was in a fabulous location, easy to walk to the French Quarter and also to the Cruise terminal (we were going on a cruise after our stay at the hotel). We appreciated the complimentary service of their luggage storage and enjoyed using their fitness centre. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We did not like that we had to specifically ask that the room be serviced each day - it was not automatic.

Good location but indeed of some TLC
Pros:

Convenient location for the NCL cruise terminal, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly the room was in need of updating, the bathroom especially was in a pretty poor state of repair, the toilet pan rocked backwards & forwards which was a bit disconcerting, it could have been somewhat cleaner too. So the offering was expensive for what we experienced.
