Great stay. Adesh at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us complimentary water and explained the hotels facilities and the surrounding area as well.

The general manager addressed my issue with double payment upon check out and was nice and welcoming.

I was here for 3 nights. Check-in was efficient except the mobile key didn't work. I just used the key card instead of fussing with the app. My room was comfortable with a king bed. There were a lot of outlets on the wall near the desk but none by the bed. I had to reach down and find one along the baseboard.

The bathroom was fine but a little cramped. Towels were large and fluffy and soap/shampoo was good quality. The mirror didn't fog up. There was daily housekeeping which is always a surprise these days.

The gym had some weight and cardio machines, free weights, and benches. I didn't use the indoor pool.

The breakfast buffet wasn't free but I had coupons from the room rate. There was a decent variety of food and several waitstaff to bring coffee, juice, etc.

I think this was my 4th time here and haven't encountered any problems. One downside is no walkable restaurants or stores. It's in a corporate business park so plan on driving or getting rides to go anywhere.

Excellent hotel with great customer service from Adesh in the overnight shift. He was very helpful with my kids.

Dated! Dire need of an upgrade. Food was decent, service ok. Room was old and in serious need of a renovation. Windows were so dirty I could barely see outside. Disappointed!

Hotel is ok but the service is great. I have stayed here many times and each time at breakfast Lorenzo greets me with a smile, remembers my order preferences from prior days (or trips) and brings it to me without me having to ask. Amazing service!

The restaurant has the most amazing people. Food is also amazing. Special thanks to the waiter, Lorenzo — he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. His recommendations were perfect, and he truly made my day even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back!
