Great stay, great value
Pros:

Everything about the stay was great. The staff members were really nice and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location right next to the highway so that’s good. We came for a mini staycation & the amenities were great.

Pros:

it was very clean and i felt safe.

Cons:

they kept charging my card while i was there and even father i checked out of the hotel as well. The room was cold and they didn’t provide any actual blankets to keep anybody warm. The cleaning services never reached the room i was staying in. They never replenished our towels or changed our linens.

Our stay was fast and mostly sleepless
Pros:

Good location, the front desk employee was helpful and polite. The overall atmosphere in the lobby is awesome.

Cons:

The main screen had incorrect Information regarding food availability with times. Also inconsistent with what is on the website. The beds were very small. The bathroom was dirty with dirt on the sink, hair on the door, in the shower on the soap dipenser, and stuck to the bathroom door. There was also an unused juice in the refrigerator.

Good for the price but we will stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

It was a nice property. Nicely decorated and it offered a few amenities. It was close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

The trash cans were full to overflowing in the parking lot. The ice machine on our floor had no ice and I had to go to another floor for ice. It was super busy. That’s great for business but not so great for us as we were trying to relax and have a quiet time but the hotel was packed.

Horrible experience A tragic nightmare

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this entire situation was handled. From the moment I arrived, this stay has been nothing short of unacceptable.
I did not even realize the heat wasn’t working until I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. The whole reason I booked this hotel room was because the heat is currently out at my own house. To pay for a room expecting warmth and comfort and wake up cold is beyond frustrating.
On top of that, the room phone didn’t even work. The room itself was outdated, there were no USB ports anywhere, and there were sticky substances on surfaces that made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. I have pictures and videos of everything.
Before I moved into the room, I asked if I could quickly check it to make sure everything was working, and they refused. When I informed them the heat wasn’t working, instead of immediately resolving it, they initially tried to charge me more to switch rooms. I was later told that there are “better rooms,” which only made it worse — why was I placed in a substandard room to begin with?
They finally fixed the heat six hours later. SIX HOURS. After all that, now they are rushing me out of the room because someone else has it booked. So after enduring the cold, broken phone, outdated conditions, and waiting hours for repairs, I’m now being pushed out as if my comfort and inconvenience didn’t matter at all.
The head manager’s behavior made everything worse. With only five minutes left before breakfast ended, he rushed over offering “free breakfast” and told me to hurry up and eat because it was about to close. He said he would waive my $16 parking fee. It felt dismissive and rushed, like he was trying to silence the complaint instead of genuinely helping. I explained that I don’t eat pork and that I’m on a diet, and he basically responded as if that wasn’t his concern.
When I asked if I could stay another night to make up for everything, he refused.

Pros:

I liked that it wasn’t too far when going out it was very convenient, clean no issues. I would definitely stay here again.
