Overall my stay was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. I woke up and heard dripping from the bathroom

The stay at this hotel was horrible!

Cons:

The pillows was stink. The carpet was filthy! Hidden charges that was not revealed during booking! Bathroom wasn’t cleaned! We ask for washcloth and towels and did not received! We had to go to the front desk to ask and wait for towels ourselves! Towels were stained!

Was not clean, very expensive & overpriced.
People drinking in the parking lot, broken glass in the lot that you pay $16 per night to park in.. on booking it said $14- this along with the pictures lead us to believe it would be unbelievably nice. Cock roaches on the outside entrance.
Walked into the room & it was dirty. Looks as if there was black mold on the wall. Balcony was filthy. Carpet had not been vacuumed. The entire floor smells musty.
As were we’re checking back out, the lady said “hm did you read the fine print? We don’t have a manager here tonight”

The property charged me for two meals that were supppsed to be complimentary that totaled $77.00 and then couldn’t figure out how to issue a credit. After almost 10 consecutive days of trying and calling, I disputed the charges with my card company.
