I liked the room, very comfortable bed, decent room service, but the facilities seemed old - the loud AC was definitely

Cons:

The AC in the room was so loud I couldn’t sleep. It sounded like a huge engine roaring when it ran. The toilet wouldn’t flush consistently and threatened to overflow.

Comfortable but uneasy with surroundings

We like the comfort beds and hot water showers and safety

Cons:

The indoor pool was freezing, the parking is horrible and there is a lot of homeless people circling, the ease of entering the building is concerning due the homeless , there was banging late to early mornings no one could explain why!

Cons:

Took a wild for them to help us with my air conditioner, I’d just got out a a freezing pool. A heated indoor pool would have also been nice .

Pros:

It was very convenient for a night away from home.

Cons:

The carpet in the room look dirty, I read somewhere that carpet is to be replace after a certain amount of year. I believe those years has pasted for the carpet in this room.

Wanting a relaxing get away and ended up being more stressful than staying home.
Pros:

Great location and beds were comfortable

Cons:

Staff was rude at check in. Gym equipment is very old and out of all the 16 floors of rooms we seem to get the one with dogs barking and construction waking us up every morning nice and early.
