Was fine for that one night nice scenery out back and nice bar area and my room was clean

I booked the next day and needed to wait in the lobby for a specific time frame to check in I was essentially harassed by the staff and asked for my personal information to which I went and provided to hotel front desk staff I booked a reservation a 10pm pay at property with a note to check in between 2-3am at exactly 2am the staff found me and asked for my info I showed the reservation that was approved by the the hotel and the the additional emails they sent about upgrading my room to which I declined. They then told me they did not have any rooms and that it was booking.coms fault they over booked but it was the hotel that approved the reservation. So I didn’t like that that.. in the end they were rude and shifty characters.

Internet was vary bad , their was no dresser for clothes ,the door to the bathroom wouldn't slide you had to put all your muscles to close it ,

Nothing. I was turned away after a confirmation stay on 7/11. I will never book with this hotel again.

Cons:

Very unprofessional staff on 7/11. Brandy did not even so much as say hello to me or I'm sorry for the mix-up. I will never book in this hotel or any affiliation again.

No, I will be finding somewhere else to stay
Pros:

Room was clean, but there was some dirty spot in the tub and the sink which is easily wiped clean. My main concern is we did ask for a 3:00 PM check in time they were not able to accommodate us until after four.

Cons:

I didn’t like they weren’t able to accommodate us for one hour early check-in and they charge you for every hour that you check in early but we had to check in after four and I couldn’t charge them for checking us in late just don’t make sense how businesses run

Not much. It was just the only thing available.

Cons:

We were not explained to about the parking situation and ended up paying $395 to a parking service. The pool was filthy and cloudy, with trash and clothes all around.

I arrived after 4pm and the rooms weren’t cleaned to check in. Years of traveling and I’ve never seen a lobby full of people waiting on rooms to be cleaned.
