I liked everything, y’all just don’t have a Jacuzzi and I think that should be one of the things that y’all need to have for the price.. 9 out of 10 it was Will worth it..🥰
The only thing I didn’t like is they charged me a $50 deposit and I never got it back..

Room was nice and clean. Pool area was nice, but the fire pits were not lit at night. Check in was very easy. Parking very accessible, but you have to pay extra. Breakfast was good, service ok, but not exceptional. Loved the little dog door hanger that they give you. Very dog friendly place.
No blanket or comforter on the bed. Just a sheet type of covering. Fire pits not lit at night. Tip included in price of buffet breakfast which came to $30.00. Not worth that price. The buffet was worth the $23....but I think a $7 tip for a buffet style should be OPTIONAL. The service was great, but what if it wasn't?? Tons of Charlotte traffic around the hotel. All in all, nice, but not as nice as depicted in the ads.
They were able to upgrade our room, due to the shower door leaking.
Front desk staff were very nice while restaurant staff was extremely rude. I won't go back.
The beds were comfortable and it it really beautiful inside. The staff was really nice, except for the man helping with people's luggage. He was very rude to the group that was coming in.
We went for a staycation to enjoy the pool and I wanted to enjoy the outside bar. The indoor pool could have a bit more heat in it if it's going to have the water so cold. The bar was never open when I was there.
I didn't like the idea of having to pay to park, because where else are you going to park? The food was way too expensive. Especially breakfast. No continental breakfast, and the buffet is $30 per person. That buffet was not worth $30 at all. Especially when I had a child with me that doesn't even eat that much. The biscuits and the waffles were so dry and the coffee was not hot. I really felt like I could have stayed at home for what experienced.
I liked everything for the most part..
I didnt like paying to park. It doesnt make sense for the area. Also I didnt like that there wasn't a comforter. Just two flat sheets and a hospital blanket in between.
