Everyone had fun while we went to carowinds in charlotte

It’s okay for one night would I book it again, no.

The location and the entrance.

Cons:

Too much weed smoking and the rooms seemed to be outdated compared to the lobby and entrance to the hotel along with it could have been cleaner.

Spacious, comfortable stay perfect for travel with a pet
Pros:

Spacious property with great outdoor space. We stayed on the ground floor by the pool with our dog. Our room had a sliding door out to a small green area the dog could explore, which was perfect. The pool area was great and abutted a large lawn area where the dog could also run around. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was a dirty wet towel left in our bathroom that housekeeping had missed.

Don’t ever stay at this hotel !
Pros:

Nothing ! Awful ! Not a four star at all

Cons:

1. Horrible location, bad neighborhood, bad traffic corner
2. Disgusting filthy hotel! Dirty carpet in rooms and around hotel. Filthy stained furniture. Garbage all over outside hotel. Actually saw a huge cockroach coming out near front door.
3. They charge overnight guests $16.99 a night with barely any available parking , no security and don’t charge day time visitors or conference guests who used up all the parking !!!
4. Guest room so filthy and phone didn’t work, had to change room with lots of luggage
5. No bell guys or helpers for luggage like any four star, no luggage carts
6. Weird limited hours in the breakfast lunch dinner hours at restaurant which is the main reason we chose the hotel. So we ended up having g to drive elsewhere to eat out !! Plus overpriced . With cockroaches I wouldn’t eat there anyway!
7. Issues with in room free internet. Had to reconnect frequently while not leaving the room.
Awful stay! Ruined my holiday weekend.
