Dirty, maintenance never showed. Requested towels due to long hairs being folded into ours. Never received those. Linens left in hallway 2 days straight - same spot.

NOT HAPPY
Pros:

We were informed that we would have a car waiting for us when we got back from The airport and that was mistaken. The front staff doesn’t know anything and nobody is communicating with each other so be sure you ask the staff EVERY question you can possibly think of before you leave or you will not be picked up from the airport. I should’ve been comped for my room, considering this was a huge inconvenience for us. Never using them again.

The bartender charged me 18 for a pina coloda, he didn’t know how to make it correctly he poured the drink over ice cubes with a orange slice I was very disappointed everyone know you put it in a blender and top it off with a pineapple and cherry.

Shuttle Bus Driver Makes the Difference
Pros:

We were put up at the Sonesta by American Airlines due to missing our connecting flight. The lobby was nice, the room though was a bit dirty. Nothing too crazy there were crumbs on the side table that looked to be not wiped off, I wasn’t too concerned about it.

The following morning we had to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport. My wife forgot her purse in the lobby so our shuttle bus driver took us back real quick to make sure we could get on the shuttle van that alternated to the airport. The older gentleman who was driving the shuttle bus was great! I didn’t get his name, but he took us on the 7:00 am shuttle bus on June 22,2026. I wasn’t able to provide him a cash tip. However, if we can arrange for me to provide him some kind of tip, I would appreciate it.

Shout out the lady at the front desk.
Pros:

I loved both pools and the little DJ activity. My favorite part was the front desk staff though. Not only were they funny, they helped me get everything in order.

Cons:

I didn’t like how they preach how the property is smokeless when it’s ashes all over the balcony. I didn’t mind too much though.

Not a great stay, bad attitudes
Pros:

When we checked in the young lady helping us was great!

Cons:

After we checked in we went up to the room they assigned us and peoples stuff was already in there. Went down to the front desk, we explained to the young guy what happened and he didn’t even say anything other than asking me for my key and changed the room. Not even a sorry. So we went to the second room and the toilet didn’t work at all. We had to call down again and request maintenance and they said they will send him up and give us $20 meal vouchers which we didn’t even get. So 20 minutes passed and we went back down because no one has came up, and they told us he was actually doing something else and we were next on the list. I completely understand, they were very busy it seemed. The front desk was lacking manners and they seemed they didn’t even want to help with anything. During the night we had multiple people banging on our room door and I called the desk multiple times after 11pm and no one even answered. All around a bad stay and bad attitudes. Unfortunately we will not be staying again.
