beautiful hotel would 100% come back!
Pros:

super nice, clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. cute little seating area outside by the pool made a good place for relaxing and unwinding.

Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very nice room. Clean, bed was comfortable. Much nicer than a lot of other hotels.
If I went back to Charlotte I would stay there again.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice little area to purchase snacks and drinks.
Bar area was nice. Food is available, but a little expensive in my opinion.

Cons:

Breakfast a little expensive for what you get.

Very clean and good stay
Pros:

I love how luxury it is. They have everything to do here bar and pool so you can’t beat it.

Cons:

They were working on the front doors. However they had a side door nearby to use.

Clean room

Cons:

No air conditioning. Staff was no help with getting to work after multiple phone calls to front desk. Luckily outside temp had dropped so room was able to cool off some. Will not be returning.

Cons:

Having to change rooms because the air was out in the 1st room but it was an easy move and I was given a feee breakfast ticket to make up for it.

My stay was not what I expected it to be.
Cons:

Water pressure in shower was very low. Lamp and electrical outlets near bed did not work. Carpet was dirty. Did not receive balcony room as shown on invoice. Parking cost was too high.
