I wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

My room had what appeared to be mold on the comforter on the bed and also mold inside the fridge (room 222).

Pros:

Location and access to area beaches. The front desk clerk when checking in was professional and pleasant. Gym was very nice.

Cons:

We normally look forward to spending time at the pool but chose not to because of the hair and dirty water. When I let the front desk know about it all she said was she would let engineering know and it had been a busy weekend but we still was not able to use the pool and the price we payed included the pool. Also the shower water would run onto the bathroom. For the price is also would think there would be breakfast included.

It’s was okay for what we had planned for the weekend
Pros:

Great location, easy access to shopping and the highway. The hotel is very maintained far as cleanliness.

Cons:

The lobby bar area is very unprofessional.

The 2 night stay was pleasant enough, but wouldn't stay again
Pros:

very limited options for breakfast - dinner was ok. Your hotel was chosen for us by American Cruise line - the location in relation to Charleston means that it is a $35.00 Uber each way - the hotel location is of course not your fault, but American should have used an hotel much closer in town. The room was pleasant and clean.

Cons:

The waiting staff were not very attentive to the fact that there were 4 of us waiting to order - drinks took a long time to arrive and then so did the food to follow. Waiting staff need to have ' revolving heads ' to spot a customer trying to catch their eye when they walk about in the restaurant, and should never walk around with empty hands when there are tables to clear

Love place. I feel robbed by being charged for parking when I didn’t even have a car.
Pros:

You charged me $20 a night for parking which I did not utilize a parking lot in any way, nor was it part of my original quote for the room. It was a bad surprise and I’ve asked for a refund multiple times.

L'emplacement, le personnel était très sympathique

Cons:

Les équipements: flexible de douche qui fuyait et perte de pression, TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, appli room service hors service, aucune information sur les horaires et équipements accessibles depuis la chambre. On m'a fait payer pour le parking alors que j'ai spécifié que je n'avais pas de voiture (corrigé ensuite à ma demande).

Excellent with the exception of being charged 3 times
Pros:

It was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very nice and it has a lot of amenities.

Cons:

I was charged three times for my hotel stay and when I brought it to their attention they seemingly fixed it but days later I was charged again. I literally had to jump through hoops to get my money back without a swift response. So my funds were returned. Then I was charged again and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my money back after I filed a complaint with my bank. The situation has been resolved but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole process.

Pros:

I lived the room and the staff. However the room nect to mine had two vey loud people. Beati g and banging and laughing until after 2 am both night. I was there for a class ans was exhausted becuase of them waking me up all night.
