She knows service- the Marriott Club clean, presentable and welcoming every time she is there. I travel a lot on business. She helps make my stay feel like home. I look forward to seeing her when Im in town for clients. Thank you, Jennette!

I rarely write reviews. This is that rare time because I felt several Marriott staff members deserve commendation for going above and beyond their call of duty. These members are Lloyd and Christian at the front desk and Jeanette in the concierge lounge. Extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent attitude that reflects they really like what they’re doing and want to do it well. I’m a life-long Marriott guest. Titanium elite and lifetime Platinum. So I travel a lot and see a lot at Marriott hotels. Lloyd, Christian and Jeanette clearly stand out and are the reason why I’m a repeat customer.

I attended a work conference that was being held at the hotel. From the time I checked-in to the time I departed 2 days later, my stay was great! My hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the catered food for our breakfast, lunches, and dinner was delicious. All of the staff was very friendly, however there were gentlemen that stood out and really set the tone for the wonderful stay. Christian and Lloyd at the front desk were very welcoming when we arrived and always spoke when we went by the desk. Their friendliness yet professionalism was on point. They should be called the Dream Team! Wonderful representation of the hotel!

Love this hotel! Staff is terrific especially Lilly! Restaurant is very good as well.

Jennifer was the absolute best! Such a pleasant person to meet while looking for. A late night snack ! She made sure we found everything we needed, and assured us that whatever we need she would be there all night!

While my entire experience was great, it was Sarah at the bar who really demonstrated amazing customer service. She made the best old fashion I have ever had. It wasn’t just the drink, it was the experience. She is such an ambassador for Marriott.
