Too expensive, what happened to free, hard boiled eggs, and bananas? no menu
Didn't have breakfast. Location was the primary reason for booking. We have stayed there previously, and it suits our purposes perfectly.
Location was great, staff was super nice and friendly and willing to solve problems.
We requested 1 room to be bottom floor on booking.com but were given a room on the top floor for that person. Another room was dirty and had a broken TV. Went to the front desk and requested a new room and they were happy to provide. Overall the hotel seemed old with lots of dents, dings and stains around the rooms and property. This is an expectation with a budget friendly hotel, but not a Marriott.
Outdated and not as nice as most Marriott hotels we have stayed at.
Old and outdated
I asked for invoice thousand times, just no reply.
Not much,
Water in rooms smelled moldy. Restaurant was order by app only - a joke of a menu. Bar open 5pm to 10pm. Hotel dated 80/90’s look. No microwave in room, advertised as restaurant and bar on site - 1/4 true. Front desk staff useless other than David who was helpful. Not up to Marriott Standards.
The staff was wonderful .
They need to do some updates to the rooms , it’s a bit dated .
Let me first start off by saying this is my fifth time staying at this Marriott property and I will come back. Saying that, Somewhat disappointed in the overall experience. I have been a bonvoy member for over 21 years and currently Titanium Elite but life time platinum.
The experience keeps getting worse and worse.
1. Absolutly no recognition as a titanium member when checking in.
2. No upgrades even though they have hardly anyone staying this time of year.
3. Although I booked and paid for 2 rooms, 2nd room did not come with any benefits,
4. It is time for a refresh. Rooms and furnishing need a make over.
Last but not least. The only person that cares is David at the front desk. I called and called but could not get anyone to answer "at your service or the front desl on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, after over and hour waiting David finally brought us some towels. Leadership needs to take a hard look at who's running this place and take corrective action.
You had a bar, restaurant, and allowed pets while we were without power in Evergreen.
Loved the pool and especially Loved the breakfast. Also ordered room service and the food was hot and I didn't have to wait long. Can't wait for another stay.
Liked everything
Room, bed, food, and pool.

My wife and I came to the hotel to stay for my birthday and to visit Golden, the Colorado School of Mines (where I attended years ago), and nearby Casa Bonita. This was our second time traveling to the hotel. Right off of the highway, the hotel is easy to find, has ample parking, and check in was easy with Ethan and Meredith helping with everything. Our room on the 6th floor was clean and near the concierge lounge where we were able to get water, coffee, and a few snacks. The lobby bar opened at 5pm, so we went there to get a beverage before going to the 530 Marriott BonVoy Elite appetizer offerings in the nearby room. The bar service and menu was excellent, as were the appetizer offerings nearby. Create your own gyros and a salad were simply excellent. The room (630) was extremely quiet, permitting a great night of sleep. The breakfast buffet and staff were excellent in the morning - something that no guest should miss. The general manager, Mike Barrett, puts his personal touch on everything and I left a message of appreciation. A great hotel with great staff - definitely worth the value.
La piscine était top, peut-être un peu froide pour moi.
L'hôtel est un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un super emplacement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans les chambres.
Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.
Clean, accommodating... good location and did exactly what it said on the tin... which is always a good thing
If I am being a bit picky the bar lacked a presence and food at the bar was only ok considering the price,.
Room was not very clesn Bed had dirty sheets and no towels in the bathroom The pool was nice
It was a good property. I liked the outdoor pool area, despite the highway noise.
Rooms are dated, but overall a good stay.
