The front desk staff did an excellent job taking care of me on my stay. I failed to get the names of the ladies that were working this past Thursday-Sunday. Thanks for everything! I definitely recommend and will stay here again!!!!!
The valets and staff were very pleasant and very nice. Everything was good. The M club was awesome and the lady in there the second day was awesome
The valet service was exceptional. Andrew and Ryan were friendly and professional. It’s a busy area and also a busy time of year but they seemed unphased by that and were very helpful.
Out of all my frequent stays I can say that this one was my most pleasant. Not only were they polite and professional, Ryan and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and made sure I was able to access quickly even during a busy time of the day.
Simply exceptional!
I attended a business conference here today. I can not speak to the rooms as I did not stay overnight. The valet service was impressive. I was immediately acknowledged in the line despite a very large crowd arriving and a lot of activity. They really had an efficient process in place for getting to everyone. At the end of the day, payment and receiving my car was quick and easy! I interacted with Jesse, Ryan and Andrew from drop off to pickup and they were each polite and hustled to make sure everyone was receiving timely service.

parking for $63
Marriott City Center is an older property but the rooms are very clean and the staff provide super service. Hotel is convenient for Panthers and Hornets games. Tons of great restaurants in the area and the light rail is nearby.

Went to panthers game, great location, short walk to stadium, staff very friendly, room clean, carpet a bit worn in halls but no big deal, bed, sheets and pillow were great,good eats walking distance, will stay there again.

The room was comfortable a good size. The walk in shower was a plus. The staff was helpful and pricing was decent.
The room was very clean and spacious. We had a great view of the Charlotte skyline. Walking distance to the Bank of America Stadium and convenient parking. This is the only hotel where we order room service. The food is always delicious and arrives at our door quickly with everything that we need. Any time we go to a Panther's game, we also choose to stay at the Marriott. Highly recommend.
