L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique. Le lit est confortable et le personnel est agréable, accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne clairement la propreté. Pour un établissement 5 étoiles, nous avons été déçus par le ménage : le réfrigérateur était décalé et laissait apparaître un important amas de poussière derrière, ce qui donne vraiment l’impression que certaines zones ne sont pas nettoyées correctement. À ce niveau de standing, on s’attend à une propreté irréprochable.

Le parking est également très cher par rapport au peu de temps où nous l’avons utilisé, et surtout très mal agencé. Les places sont extrêmement serrées, avec de nombreux poteaux qui compliquent les manœuvres. Nous avons dû nous y reprendre une dizaine de fois simplement pour réussir à sortir de notre emplacement.

Lovely staff, needs some updates
Pros:

Lovely staff and a comfortable stay overall. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was great!

Cons:

The bathroom was very oddly designed and needs to be updated. Lots of parts of the hotel were aged and looked poorly maintained, and needed refurbishing - didn’t align with the price of the stay. The shower needs an area to place soaps and a new shower head.
