Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Essen sehr lecker, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und dabei eine wunderbare Aussicht über diese wunderschöne Stadt

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren vor geschätzt 40 Jahren bestimmt außergewöhnlich, aber eine Renovierung könnten sie inzwischen gut vertragen, Regale teilweise schief, Holzteile teils beschädigt. Das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen, aber ist mit 34,00 Euro etwas sehr hoch im Preis

Wir hatten das Vergnügen einige Tage in diesem schönen Hotel zu verbringen.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen -
das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage war zentral und doch sehr ruhig.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt perfekt.

Very bad, I regret so much staying there, the hotel is in terrible condition, needs full renovation

It is striking to see that in 2026 in the 2nd city of France Accord still operate a hotel in this condition, it is actually embarrassing. The hotel is very old, decoration is terribly bad, amenities from another century, you feel like you are in a hospital in the corridors, the lobby is like a bad Ibis hotel in a secondary industrial zone, the bathroom are from the 80s, broken tiles. It s honestly very bad, nobody can defend this hotel, anyone with a clear mind will see it the same way I do. Dramatic. Probably the worst choice you can do in Lyon if you are looking for a hotel room. So disappointed that Booking.com even proposes this, I would expect the platform to curate and control the listings.
