Everything
Cant describe it as its the best of best in staff, check in, service, twice cleaning, whatever we request the provide immediately. Location is amazing 2 minutes to Oxford and selfrdiges.
Of course ill return back to it when coming back to London

A Wonderful Stay for a Family of Five
Pros:

Our family of five (including a teen and two young adults) had a wonderful stay last week!!! Due to the size of our group we had a king room and a club suite. Every employee with whom we interacted was very hospitable and helpful. We arrived a little after noon, and they let us check into one room early to store our luggage. They also upgraded our non-club room to have club amenities, which we used for breakfast most mornings and evening drinks. The club offerings all had allergen labeling, and we. Wry much appreciated that.

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There was mirror at the desk and full length mirror in the rooms that made it easy for us all to get ready quickly.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a very upscale part of town. We always felt safe. Lots of restaurants and stores within a very short walk. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Bond Street Tube station. The overall vibe of the hotel was very relaxed and quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel

To fix the issue of the drainage and smell of the AC
Pros:

Mayfair zaten iyi bir semt ve konumu turistik olarak merkezi konumda, yürüme mesafesinde alışveriş market cafe restaurant ne ararsanız en iyileri mevcut, çalışanlar güler yüzlü her konuda destek olabilirler, sağlık sorunumuz oldu ve onun için bile yardımcı oldular, temizlik güzel yapılıyor, ilk londra ziyaretim için çok güzel bir anı bıraktılar

Excellent service, made to feel really special.
Pros:

Stayed here whilst in London for the Oasis concert, and everything was great from the moment i arrived. Staff were super friendly and attentive and gave great service. They knew we were in town for the Oasis concert at Wembley so gave us recommendations for where to go in the city first to visit the Merch stores, and how to get to Wembley stadium easily.

Breakfast was great too!

Lux location and lux accommodations

Cons:

London is flat out pricey. This hotel is in the Mayfair area which is a prestige location. And, one must pay for location. If one values restaurants,shopping and vibe, this could be a great place for you.

WiFi Not a Consideration. Shame.
Pros:

If WiFi is a priority, give this one a miss. The underwhelming 20 Mbps connection just isn’t sufficient for 2026.

Despite their renovations, they seem to have forgotten to update their connectivity to modern standards.

Improve your hospitality attitude
Pros:

Location superb
Rooms differ based on your luck - you can get a horrible small room and way back in the hotel or if you insist on change, get an improved room
The hotel front manager is nasty ( he was on duty on Sunday April 19). He refused to extend the room by one hour insisting it was fully booked
When I checked in, it was 6;30 pm so what’s the difference to give me a late checkout at 4 pm esp when.i had a long haul 14 hour flight to take
Refused to budge and even got his cleaner to check we are out
Frequent marriot stays but this particular property beats all- not a
Nice person and should not be in
Hospitality business when you are so mean and calculative
Other Marriott properties will extend to 6 pm

His staff are very nice people
The concierge is very good, front desk staff is erratic depends on who you get
Hamza is excellent - always try
To help and with a smile
The door man are lovely ☺️ people
