We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, David the doorman being a standout. Management kindly welcomed us with champagne, macarons and cookies. If there was any city noise, we couldn't hear it. Amenities are plentiful though we only took advantage of the M Club Lounge which offered quality food and drink choices 24 hours a day. Though we stayed on points, we felt it was well worth it. We couldn't've asked for more.
Everything about this hotel was superb, they look after you and help when a situation goes wrong.
There was nothing to dislike at all
The 5 star rating its for guest who have equal or superior rooms or are part of the silver or gold clubs. If you're not part of that elite, keep reading the review. The only aspect in common of my experience with the "elite" is the address and the excellent team that works at the hotel. The breakfast is à la carte, that means that you will only have the right to have one (a unit) of bread, a coup of coffee, some juice and an item in the menu. Anything else will be charged as an extra. Beyond that, if you have habit of not showering or cleaning your hair every day, you will not be able to use the shower. As it encompasses the entire box – for not washing your body alongside your entire hair, all that's left is to use the Handheld showerhead. Returning to the breakfast, one situation was that the coffee machine broke during our stay. It only got fixed two days later, so we were without one of the few breakfast's options

location, location, location. short walk to oxford street yet away from the noise and hustle of vehicle and foot traffic. free unlimited drinking water was a nice touch
breakfast was ala carte, and service was very slow. room felt small (cant walk through the corridor without closing the toilet door, and toilet door clashes with front door if not closed completely). still comfortable for a single occupant, but it’s be stretching it for 2 pax
Location and great staff
Nothing really. The breakfast / dining area needs a revamp as it’s looking tired with chipped furniture etc.
Location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Bond Street underground. Room and hotel are decent but significantly less opulent and luxurious than other five-star hotels in London. The room (an suite upgrade) was large. M-Lounge in the basement of the hotel was OK with modest offerings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
everything! simply, perfect hotel!
really cant think of anything to complain!!
Lovely breakfast. Nice location
The breakfast was very good and especially because was served

Kiera and Voin are excellent members of the team
Location!
An impossibly kind man working at the entrance and carrying suitcases..he beat the game 10/10
Very noisy air conditioner in the room
They don't have classic espresso..
