Not satisfied enough, it's Marriott after all.
Pros:

Location!
An impossibly kind man working at the entrance and carrying suitcases..he beat the game 10/10

A Memorable stay
Pros:

Mr. Krish and his team made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We were really touched by the special gesture for our daughter's graduation. The overall service right from the time of Check in till our departure was always prompt and with a smile. It was an experience par excellence. We left with happy hearts and memories to cherish.

Great hotel with a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location for accessing shops and restaurants. Nice feel to the hotel with a lovely breakfast resturant and also access to Lucky Cat too.
Special mention to the restaurant manager who served our large group on the Sunday morning. Was so helpful and accommodating

Ein sehr netter 10-tägiger Aufenthalt in London!
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten und zentralen Lage.
Oxford Street (Selfridges Nähe) in ca. 10 Minuten ist man bei der Regent Street etc.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es wurden alle Wünsche und Anregungen ernst genommen und versucht direkt umzusetzen.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück (inklusive) war zwar gut aber nur á la Carte zu bestellen. Wenn man eine zweite Speise (wie zB Obstsalat zu Eggs & Bacon) oder ein stilles Flaschenwasser haben wollte, musste man extra drauf zahlen.

We just love this hotel.
Service is outstanding — warm, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived, this excellent service never fails.
Every member of staff made us feel welcome they always do, hence, we’ve stayed over 30 times in this hotel when we visit London for a vacation, it’s just such a great experience every time.
They are a great team from the Concierge, luggage porters, reception team, breakfast staff, M level staff and Housekeeping staff.
Our delicious Gorden Ramsey Breakfast is always EXCELLENT!
The Lucky Cat again, Gorden Ramsey is within the hotel and is truly amazing for food and service.
The location is very convenient, minutes walk from Selfridges on Oxford Street.
A special mention to Fatima for personally looking after our reservations, she is a star and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent location for an average overall stay.
Pros:

The location is the main advantage of the hotel: walking distance to main points of interest in the centre of London (Hyde Park, Oxford Street).

Cons:

For the price we were paying, we didn't get a 5-star experience.
Breakfast à la carte menu was just basic and of average quality.
Room service menu offered limited options.

Outstanding service
Pros:

We received outstanding service from all employees during our recent stay especially from one of the front desk employees Maria P.
From the very first interaction, she was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. She went far above and beyond what we ever expected, taking extra time and effort to ensure that everything about our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
It is rare to encounter someone who is not only excellent at their job, but who also clearly cares so deeply about the people she is helping.
Her positive attitude and professionalism left a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our entire experience at the hotel. Because of her, our stay was not just pleasant, but memorable.
We sincerely hope she knows how appreciated she is and that her efforts do not go unnoticed and hope she receives the recognition she so greatly deserves.

Hotel not 5 star max 4 star
Pros:

Close to center

Cons:

The room smell not like I choose the bed very small 160 CM
not up to standard, and doesn't fit two people. The mattress is very bad, and room service stops at 10 PM. The hotel is not five-star.
