No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. All guests that will be staying in rooms during the stated reservation period must be named and original government-issued IDs must be presented at the time of check in.
There is no parking available at Caribic House.
Check-in is 3 pm to 9 pm, check-out is before 11 am, Authorized early check in and late check out costs $15 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $150usd. To protect our environment and keep our prices low property only offers room cleaning every 3 nights after date of arrival.
Strictly no smoking of any kind in the room however you are more than welcome to smoke outside on the Balcony (420 friendly).
Please do not try to alter anything in the apartment, if there are any issues that need attention please contact us immediately.
Daily cleaning and breakfast are not included. Additional cleaning is $20.00. Extra towels cost an additional $5usd each. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Managed by a private host

No parking was provided, thanks to the gentlemen who assisted us with a park by the gain gate. The help desk check in representative was helpful and pleasant.
The bedhead make noise for the entre night, its not attached to the bed. There was no beach. This information about the beach is fabricated.
For the bathroom
One of the wash cloth was a used, no shower gel was provided only two small hand bar soap.
There was no balcony.
Customer services was extremely poor and the manager was unpleasant while speaking to him on the phone. ( He's up in the mountain)
When asked about the additional excess charges, the representative could not explain and the manager stated that the 10% was for gct and could not explain what booking. com charges and continuously blamed booking.com for the excess charges.

Everything worked was maintained and clean.
The room looked nothing like the photo advertised: The building looked tired inside and outside, which put me off completely.
Money was deducted from my card early without consent, and I didn't receive an apology, only a poor excuse regarding their cancellation policy. ( I had NOT cancelled).
My view was the back of a building!
Paid £58 per night, not value for money, unfortunately. No breakfast served. I'm not sure I would eat if they did offer this service either. You can get a Travelodge Hotel for less and get more value (facilities, food, ect) for your stay.
House keeping only every 4 days.. which is crazy!
The layout of the room could be better! I had an extra double bed and a single bed in my room.
The balcony door scrapped along the floor each time I opened or closed the door, announcing when I went to use the balcony.

Algo personal con las personas que atendian en el hostel. No me gusto, que eramos 2 personas y no tenian 2 llaves en esa habitación, un percance que tuvimos, hubo que esperar que cambien la cerradura entera para poder entrar. Y nos cobraron una cantidad de dinero por eso.
Very clean and quiet situated right downtown on the strip
The view was good
My mother was the guest that stayed there. However she left her iPhone in the room and when she went back it was gone she logged on icloud and tracked it. She saw that the phone was still in the hotel. However when she went to the man at the front desk and told him what happened he Said he would call the police which he didn't by the time she went bk in the room the phone started to move there was two other men out there the person went to craft market and left to Cornwall courts she went to the station and reported it. In the morning she requested to speak to the manager he told her she was forgetful and that nobody could go in the room she said he didn't feel safe and wanted to get a refund for the remaining time there he said she couldn't get one so I had was to book another hotel for her bottom line they know what was happening. Ohh and when she went to the front desk the night when it was missing he told my mom it could be the maintenance man because he dine it before.
The room is suitable for a short stay, and the location is excellent.
A few complimentary beverages would have been a nice touch. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

Just overall bad experience, the toilet didn't work! The AC didn't get the room cold until early that morning. The towels had very strong washing powder smell. Bed skirt was nasty just over the worst
Hotel was better than what I thought and was good value for money.
Water was hot , nicely air conditioned room fridge available and kept my stuff cool and cold.
Only thing I would just say is that if there was a double pillow in the room stay would have been perfect.

The property does not look like the pictures. The room was outdated and felt unsafe. The room door was faulty and the location of the room was in a poorly lit alleyway.
