Très belle hôtel, personnel gentil et très attentif, bien située à 20min de l'aéroport.
La cuisson de certains plats proposés à la carte du restaurant de l'hôtel n'était pas toujours au point.
We had a really lovely time at the hotel, we liked the facilities and the atmosphere was always very calm. The room was spacious and very clean, thanks to our housekeeper Marie, who always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast had lots of choices and we also quite liked the restaurant.
water in the pool was quite cold, especially in front of our swim-up room

A clean spacious bedroom and bathroom that was cleaned every day. The pool area was well kept and lots of sun beds with umbrellas located right on top of the beach. The breakfast had lots of choice and always good quality food and drink. My husband used the gym a lot and has nothing but good feedback. All staff really lovely. Lots of effort put in for NYE
The shower kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold throughout our whole stay. We told the front desk every day and although they said someone would take a look the issue was never resolved

For me each and every member went above and beyond my expectations! Nothing was ever too much even when i had a cold the manager lady got staff to bring me fresh ginger, tea and honey and took time to cheat and enquire on my improvement!
Hard to find anything worth mentioning
Hotel location was convenient, design of hotel was lovely, rooms were decent, food was delicious.
Moussa who works in the cleaning department was so unprofessional and rude. He has no customer service skills whatsoever and isn't the brightest which made it difficult to communicate with him. I have never been spoken to by anyone the way he spoke to me I will never be returning to this hotel for this reason. I also had to calculate my bill for the staff as it was wrong multiple times which was a massive delay. Make sure you check your bill properly!

Amazing location, professional and friendly staff, beautiful design. Great food.
Poor drainage led to flooded bathroom. Hot water should be turned on prior to guest arrivals. Bed sheets and towels are showing signs of wear. Need to exchange for better quality.
