Schwache Leistung für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel das sich noch dazu "Marriot Bonvoy" nennt. Besser "Moxy".

Leider vieles. Der Checkin hat 1h gedauert weil die Kartenleser im Hotel wohl total veraltet sind. Ich hatte mehrere Kreditkarten bei mir. Keine hat funktioniert, obwohl die IMMER funktionieren. Die völlig überforderte Dame an der Rezeption konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Erst als sie einen Kollegen rief, der das Problem kannte und daraufhin ein anderes Kartenlesegerät einsetzte, ging es. Während der ganzen Zeit stand mein Auto auf dem Checkin-Parkplatz...als ich es wegparken wollte, wurde ich unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es schon viel zu lange stünde. Nicht meine Schuld. Weiter wartet man ewig auf den Aufzug - obwohl es deren 4 gibt. Und dass die Rezeption im 3. Stock liegt, ist wohl zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig. 4 Sterne Komfort sieht anders aus.

Incredible Hotel, highly recommend!!
Pros:

Staff were extremely lovely and helpful. I'd had a really scary and bad experience at my original accommodation so coming into Moxy with such amazing staff put me at ease instantly! The hotel is extremely safe, with a security guard at the front and lift use for hotel guest only. I believe there's a different lift for access to the rooftop restaurant. There were so many amenities, including a pool and a beautiful restaurant. The place was modern, clean and vibrant. The hotel room itself was really lovely and modern too. Very comfortable space. I can't recommend Moxy enough, it was amazing. We only stayed a night but could've stayed much longer. They have everything you could need, with immaculate views too. The location was perfect also, only around the corner from the main train station! Highly recommend!!
