Pros:

Great location, just 10 min walk to the metro station and with a bust stop right outside, it was very easy for us to go everywhere. The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable, with an amazing new shower in the bathroom. Mini bar was very useful, and we appreciated the welcome treats. Breakfast was excellent! We loved the pool, the staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

O sítio perfeito para aproveitar Madrid, com uma localização incrível e uma equipa 5 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização era fantástica, num bairro muito simpático, tranquilo e muito perto do centro, com tudo o que era necessário nas proximidades. Um destaque muito positivo para os funcionários, que foram extremamente prestáveis e atenciosos, especialmente no momento do check-in, onde explicaram tudo de forma muito clara e cuidada. Sem dúvida, uma experiência muito positiva!

Cons:

Como ponto menos positivo, a limpeza da casa de banho poderia ser melhor. Notava-se que alguns espaços não tinham sido limpos com o cuidado desejável, o que acabou por retirar um pouco da boa impressão geral do alojamento.

Ottima la colazione sia per qualità che per scelta.
La stanza era molto confortevole grande (superior) bagno molto bello con doccia grande
Comodi i trasporti.

Cons:

Per noi italiani, c'è sempre il problema che manca il bidet e la spazzola del wc e l'aspiratore non è molto efficiente.
La televisione non è smart. Prendeva molti canali stranieri eccetto quelli italiani (memorizzati ma mancava il segnale) quindi di fatto per noi non utilizzabile.
