Definitely would stay here again !
Pros:

Lovely hotel and really helpful staff in a middle class residential area. Beds very comfortable and rooms modern. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance including the metro stop. We had the hotel breakfast one day which was good but expensive at around 20 Euros per person. For the rest of the time we ate at Momento cafe ( 7 min walk) which was excellent and a fraction of the price! It was also very popular with the Locals as well.

The main shopping streets were around a 20 minute walk away. We also walked to the El Retiro park from the hotel. We actually preferred this area compared to the central area of Madrid and would stay here again as we felt like we were living around the Locals!

Cons:

Poor ventilation fan in bathroom so room became very steamy after shower

Lovely stay and great value for money
Pros:

We traveled with our 9 year old daughter and the room was spacious and very comfortable for the 3 of us! The toilet was also great with a fantastic shower! The location is in a nice and super quiet neighbourhood 5-10 min walking from the nearest metro stations. The staff were always friendly and attentive! We left our car in the hotel garage the whole stay which was very convenient! At the end, we found a nice souvenir from the hotel on our windshield which was a nice and thoughtful touch!
We loved our stay!

Cons:

The only issue we found is that we couldn’t keep our bedroom window opened as the tilting mechanism seemed to be broken.

El hotel NH Ventas Madrid nos ha encantado: todo muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Queremos destacar especialmente al equipo de recepción, y en particular a Manuel, por su gran amabilidad y ayuda en todo momento —desde el equipaje hasta la gestión del taxi—. Sin duda, un servicio excelente que marca la diferencia.
