Cons:

Literie reste à désirer avec un matelas curvé et le lit grinçant et bruyant, mini bar très bruyant , personnel du room service non courtois et non professionnel.

¡Sorpresa! Llegué agotada y temerosa, y me fui feliz y deseando volver
Pros:

El trato del personal, absolutamente eficaz y profesional pero también empático y humano. En éste aspecto, quisiera subrayar y agradecer el trabajo de Marta (Recepción); Nasara (planta 7), Cristina (restaurante y terraza) y al barman, al que olvidé preguntar su nombre, pero que me devolvió, con su buen hacer, a los mejores tiempos de la noche madrileña.
El desayuno merece un capítulo aparte: Regio. Magnífico. Espléndido. He viajado bastante a lo largo de mi vida, y creo que es de los mejores que he degustando.

Cons:

El precio. Carísimo, llegando al abuso en la comida del Servicio de habitaciones.
El horario de la piscina: Atravesamos una tremenda ola de calor ¡Y cerraba a las ocho de la tarde, cuando por fín te podías dar un baño sin escaldarte!
El restaurante a la hora del almuerzo, regular. Una vez más, carísimo, con calidades que no se correspondían con el precio y las tres personas al frente completamente desbordadas, frenéticas.

Un desastre

Escogimos este hotel por que llegabamos a Madrid por la tarde/noche y teniamos el vuelo al dia siguiente a las 15:00 con lo que teniamos que salir del hotel sobre las 12:30. Nos decidimos por este hotel por que tenia piscina. Queriamos aprovechar la mañana en la pisicina por la mañana antes de irnos. Pero la piscina esta cerrada hasta as 12.00 o las 11.00 dependiendo de cuando llegue la socorrista. Asi que no pudimos usar la piscina por estar cerrada. Insistimos en que nos dejaran acceder comprometiendonos a que no nos ibamos a bañar pero queriamos estar tomando el sol hasta nuestra partida del hotel. No hubo manera, tuvimos que estar esperando por distintas estacias del hotel hasta que decidieron abir la piscina. La explicacion fue que no habia socorrista. Le insistimos que no utilizariamos las piscina, solo tomar el sol y no hubo manera. La recepcion a la llegada fue fria y sin interes en atender nuestras preguntas. El servicio en el bar es ausente. Hay que buuscar a la camarera por el hotel para que nos toime nota y para pagar la cuenta.
