Large room, very clean, friendliness of staff
Failure to disclose parking fines, violation of disclosure of parking issues. Failure to provide notice of parking. Will never use Hilton again for the rest of my life. This is not worth the headache.

EL HOTEL ESTA CERCA DEL AEROPUERTO, Carece de los servicios basicos y en todo caso siempre responden que es tres estrellas. No cubrio las expectativas minimas, habitaciones poco pulcras, el servicio de limpieza pasaba a cualquier hora o no pasaba

We traveled to Kansas City to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday and fulfill a lifelong dream of experiencing the World Cup and cheering on Colombia together as a family. It was truly a bucket-list trip filled with memories we will cherish forever.
From the moment we stepped onto the airport shuttle, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that immediately set the tone for our stay. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
The thoughtful birthday surprises, including the beautiful balloon arrangement and special World Cup/FIFA treats, made my husband's celebration even more meaningful. What may seem like small gestures created some of the most treasured memories of our entire trip.
The hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional. The Front Desk team was welcoming and attentive, Housekeeping was friendly and impeccable, the breakfast was excellent, and every associate we encountered in the restaurant and coffee shop greeted us with a smile and a genuine desire to make our stay special. No matter the time of day, everyone made us feel at home.
While the World Cup experience itself was unforgettable, it was the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the Hilton Kansas City Airport team that made this trip truly extraordinary. The team didn't simply provide a hotel stay—they helped create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family.
