Mary Sue was the best! I stayed here after my flight was canceled went to the bar to cope with work stressor and flight cancelations and the service was amazing and staff provided great company! Definitely made me reconsider where im staying next time in town!
Dinner was great, music was just to my liking, service was quick and easy! Great spot for in between flights. Shout out to Mimi A for being so attentive 😄!
Kathy the shuttle driver went out of her way to get me at the rental car drop off and bring me back to the hotel. What a great lady. We listened to the Artemis countdown together and got so excited to be going back to space !

I haven’t stayed at this Hilton in years. I had an unexpected stop & had the pleasure of going back after so many years. Kathy came to pick me up & I couldn’t believe she still worked there. We met in the early 90’s when my previous airline had layover. She is still a light that can brighten anyone’s day! Made my day to see her beautiful face! Everyone I encountered, still provided excellent customer service. They turn a bad day into a great one!
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
We had a hotel at Hampton inn but came to Hilton because of the light outage at Hampton inn. We wanted to get food at Hilton but Mimi A was very helpful. Even because of the outage she managed to get us food so we very appreciative. And she still had a smile on her face even with the frustration of the situation.

Nice hotel even though it's age. One of the amenities I enjoy while staying at this hotel is the access to Starbucks Coffee bar. Patricia and Mira are awesome barista's. Always great service from them. However, starting before the new year they no longer have access to printed receipts I need theses when filing expense reports for work. Having to hand right receipts is not very professional nor something I would expect from a high quality brand like Hilton! I have also noticed a decrease in available backed and breakfast goods while shopping this Coffee bar. These issues are frustrating at least since I could book the Marriott Airport for the same rate and get a full service Starbucks. Please correct these issues.
We had an amazing stay! My kids absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Patricia at the coffee stop was the best part of our stay though! She was so friendly and invited my daughter to be a part of the drink making process. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids had what they needed and more. She truly was the best part of our stay!

I had the honor of chatting with Patricia every morning getting my coffee from the Starbucks, she did a great job and was a very nice lady. The only downfall was her computer was down and apparently had been for a while so I could never get a copy of my receipt to be able to write off for my business expenses. The menu is very small as well and she had slim choices with food options that would run out very quickly.
Mitali at the front desk is absolutely amazing—always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels taken care of.

Kathy drove us from the hotel to the airport. She was amazing. So kind, helpful and fast. She made a hard situation easier.
The stay was as expected with a Hilton. Checking in was easy and staff personable. The room was clean and everything was stocked. The next morning I went down to the Starbucks at 9:00am and they were already sold-out of food. Patricia behind the counter did well serving our coffees. I was taken back that at a Hilton not stocking up there food vendors for their guests.
We chose the Hilton because it was a Hilton and expecting a higher standard. The coffee bar had no food at 8:45am. Patricia apologized several times for lack of food. We were so surprised that did she not have food at that time of day and on top of that she had to total prices of milk and coffee on a paper because the computer was broken! Very disappointed with Kanas City airport Hilton for inadequate service for their guests. They are not providing the Hilton quality that I expect only a Hilton charge.
AMAZING!!! We were stranded with 76 traveling for a kids DC school trip. All flights were downed due to weather. They welcomed us in, got everyone rooms, shuttles, and vouchers for breakfast. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Great experience!

Made reservation due to inclement weather and unable to travel roads. Flight delayed.
Waited at airport for 3 hours for their “24 hr shuttle.”
No answering from front desk. Had to call national timber as they could not get through.
When shuttle did arrive they refused boarding. Suspect racial profiling.
Spent 3 hours in the airport waiting. 12 midnight to 3 am. Uber and Lyft could not travel due to the weather.
Would never use again.
Will cancel Hilton rewards.
Terrible service.
Management only had excuses. Poor customer service. Worse communication.
