I was Horibly treated and never got my room I paid $340 for!
Pros:

I lied that the property was located but in the airport so I can catch my flight in the morning unfortunately in person in front of the desk clerk, they booked me for a date two weeks later and did not refund me!

Cons:

I didn’t like the front desk clerk I didn’t like the manager. I didn’t like their customer service. I didn’t like the fact that I paid $340 for a room requested for that night so I could catch my 6:48 AM flight the next day. The manager in person said he could not refund me nor could he change his front desk clerks mistake and get me a room.

Busy and disorganized. Room was ok, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was a wait for the dining room and the gentleman put our name down and then forgot to call us. We were sitting in a seat right opposite him. He then lied and said he had called our name but we were 10 feet from him and he did not.
We finally did get a seat and the food was mediocre.

Super convenience.
Pros:

Front desk and valet staff weee top notch. Bellman efficient. We used hotel to overnight before a morning intl flight. Easy connection to airport check in. It was only 25 minutes from our room to club.

Perfect to rest after long flight
Pros:

It suited us as a from arriving as a family of 4 from London, on a late flight.
The location was great, short walk or shuttle directly from airport to hotel entrance. Rooms were fine. Toiletries provided.

Cons:

It’s an airport hotel, so pretty dark and depressing, fine for an overnight stay.

J’avais reservé pour 4 elle me donne une chambre avec un lit et quand je lui fait remarquer elle me sort que l’hotel est plein !! Alors que j’avais deja payé la chambre depuis 4mois
Heuresement qu’une autre personne a bien voulu m’écouter et me trouver une chambre pour 4 dans l’hotel soot disant plein

Super convenient for an early flight
Pros:

Unbelievably convenient for a late arrival and then an early flight the next morning.

Cons:

Beds on the small side - they were standard doubles and I would have liked the option to book 2x large doubles in one room as my family is very tall. Fine given our stay was only one night though!
