clean and cozy space! Would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Clean and cozy rooms. The balcony was an awesome addition to my room.
I came from another hotel where I had a horrible experience, the staff here was so welcoming and made me feel better as soon as I got there. They shuttled me to the airport in the morning and the driver was SO kind and friendly. Overall amazing end to my rough day of travel.

Great stay, downstairs staff could do better.

So comfortable and located in a great location.

Cons:

When we arrived the gentleman at the front was not the kindest. Mind you, this was a 13 hour drive for us, and we checked in at 4AM. The morning after we arrived, a staff member from the front woke us up by banging on our door for not being out by checkout even though we had the room for four more nights. I brought this up to the manager and all she did was apologize.
