Was expecting more from a Marriott.
Cons:

The first room we were assigned, the air conditioner didn't work at all. We were immediately moved to a different room and that air conditioner also didn't work properly...it made horrendous sounds that kept myself and my 2 kids up each night(4 night stay). Due to high demand and lack of available rooms, they weren't able to move us again. Management didn't offer a partial refund because they said that while the AC unit was absolutely disruptive to our stay(which was admittedly apparent while talking to me on the phone by front desk staff and management...heard in the background), it was still in "working order".

It was nice but I was still frustrated about it
Pros:

The hotel was very nice beautiful courtyard very comfortable and relaxing

Cons:

It was a little pricey but not to bad but on my reservation I was suppose to have a balcony view and was put on the ground floor. Balconies don't exist on the ground floor and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that was all they had and it was the same price for the room I got. That all the rooms r considered to have balconies. First I reserved it ahead of time so should have gotten it. Second don't ever assume I'm saying something because of price that didn't matter what mattered is that I wanted a balcony room to enjoy the view and sit there in my own little bubble without worrying if someone was going to walk past. I wanted the security of it and the tranquil feeling the experience would have given. It was what I asked for and paid for in advance in full. And finally no not all rooms are considered balcony rooms cuz there were options for patio rooms also. They gave me a patio room. Even the definition of balcony states it is an elevated outdoor platform that extends from an upper floor of a building enclosed by a low wall balustrade or railing. That means the second floor or higher not the ground level floor. Also I had requested to be put on the east facing side cuz I watched a gorgeous sunrise right after getting there that morning and they said they had a room on either side open so I said east so I could watch the sun rise again the next morning and was put in the west facing side so had to walk around the building in order to enjoy it.

Can’t wait to visit again!
Pros:

My son had requested that we stay at a property with an outdoor pool. Amber at the front desk hooked us up with a ground floor poolside room. The patio door made pool access a breeze.
Don’t miss the buffalo wings at the restaurant. They’re amazing!

Cons:

I really don’t have anything negative to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came to OKC for a short get away with another couple. Everything was perfect for our stay.
Pros:

When checking in the desk clerk with extremely helpful and friendly. She made great recommendations.

Cons:

I didn't find anything I did not like.

Pros:

close to where we needed to go, plenty of room!

Cons:

no coffee in lobby for customers! Coffee machine in our room wouldn't support our packets we were given in our room, So if you don't want to buy Starbucks (because it's pricey and i don't like it) your just screwed on coffee

Nada en particular. Camas cómodas, la atención del front desk fue muy amable.

Cons:

Al hacer el booking del hotel, teníamos 2 alternativas en el mismo sector, y elegimos esta en particular por que tenía desayuno incluido.
Lo que no cuentan, es que el desayuno tenía; una bolsa de plástico con pan dentro con una tostadora al costado, peanut butter, huevos, papas, jugo de naranja. TENIAS QUE COMPRAR EL CAFÉ APARTE. Cero cariño, cero intención de hacerlo mejor, Cero proactividad. Comida tirada arriba de una mesa. LO MEJOR, QUE ESE DESAYUNO ERA PAGADO, NOS COBRARON EL EXTRA DE DESAYUNO POR NUESTRA HIJA (YA QUE ERA MENOR Y SE ALOJABA "GRATIS"). Literalmente, no comió nada.
En resumen, pésimo.
El peor desayuno que he tenido en algún hotel.
