Chose it for the value. Shortly, after entering the room, had a problem with the toilet, although male came, and seemingly fixed it, on and off flushing. Ought to divide the property into smoking section of rooms, and nonsmoking section of rooms, as a result, non smokers due not have to be exposed to it outside their room. This morning an suv was thumping the music on the other side of the parking lot, eventually stopped. The problem is, if someone doesn’t want to hear it, what choice do they have. Friendly helpful staff and best of all, I haven't seen a bug. Not even once. They seem to be in the process of renovations. But it did NOT negatively impact my stay. It actually makes me want to stay there seeing that they are taking care of the building.

The toilet would not flush the tub was dirty and would not drain. There was no hot water in the shower. The front door had a gap under it, large enough for mice to get in and insects blood and dirt everywhere
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room with a fridge and ac that works very well.
It was close to where we needed to be
1 room u had to manually flush toilet. Take tank lid off to adjust water level after each flush. Stains on sheets. 2 room floor planks warped badly. Smoke detector pulled off wall. Hot water valve in bathtub fell off when I tried to turn on.
There was no continental breakfast as advertised.

Price too high for the condition of rooms; said pets were including in price I paid but then charged me additional money when I checked out.
The price but once you get in the room you see why.
The little critters running around the room. The sink handle came off after trying to turn the water off. The tub had a Crack in the bottom so I was not comfortable getting a shower.
they advertised hot breakfast and all they had was cereal for breakfast.
