Pros:

I could not think of one complaint. Best hotel in this area.
Pros:

It had everything we needed. Starbucks a short distance away. The buffet was nice at hotel. Was able to find a spot for my dog to go to the bathroom a block away. A few restaurants close by & movie theater. Pool was nice & workout room good also. I will definitely stay here again when I visit family.

Dissapointing.
Cons:

Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request an early check-in. I never received a response. When I arrived at 2:30 p.m. for the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in, I was told that rooms on the top floor, which I had requested, were no longer available because the hotel had already begun checking guests in earlier due to a booking system upgrade. I was not informed of this change in advance, and despite my prior outreach, I was not given any opportunity to check in early.

When I reached my room, I found that the refrigerator was broken and the desk chair was unusable, as it could not be adjusted to a proper height for working. Although maintenance eventually came to fix both issues, the delay disrupted my limited preparation time for the California Bar Exam the following day.

I also experienced ongoing noise disturbances from the room directly above me. I contacted the front desk twice and asked that someone address the issue. Despite those efforts, the stomping continued into the evening and night, affecting my ability to rest. I do not know whether any staff actually followed up on my complaints.

To make matters worse, after spending ten hours taking the bar exam, I returned to find myself locked out of my room. I was told this was because the hotel needed an updated credit card on file. Rather than notifying me earlier in the day or allowing me to resolve the issue at checkout, I was forced to go back to the front desk, wait in line, and request new keys. This was an unnecessary burden at an extremely inopportune time.

Great staff, convenient location, secure parking.
Pros:

Staff was excellent, special shout-out to Thomas, a true professional, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was an extremely loud auxillary trailer generator parked outside of our room running 24/7.
It made the balcony unusable.
