Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Great Location, excellent breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable room. Room and bathroom was very clean and orderly, beds comfortable, and the room I chose exactly matched the room description photos. I would stay again if ever back in Pasadena.

Cons:

The only negative was daily parking costs but said costs are competitive for similar hotel properties. Always read small print when reserving hotels in dense urban areas.

Convenient, nice stay.
Pros:

Very good hotel, hope it can be maintained
Pros:

Room (4/5): The room is spacious and has the typical Hyatt Place setup with a bed(s) and a separate couch/living area. The hotel does not yet have too much wear and tear but over the past year, I can see some age start to show.

Hotel (4/5): Has a really large common area with space to sit, work, and eat breakfast. Breakfast is complimentary and the food is quite good and freshly prepared. This is probably the main reason why I keep choosing this hotel when visiting the area. Parking is expensive though ($35/night) and the reason why I deducted a point.

Location (5/5): Located a brief walk to Old Town Pasadena with many shops and restaurants nearby. There's definitely a lot of restaurants and cafes to try a short walk away.

Service and Cleanliness (4/5): The front desk has always been nice and helpful. The cleanliness isn't always consistent though. I hope they have enough workers and training to keep the rooms in good shape and do the proper upkeep.

A lovely new hotel with outstanding service.
Pros:

Clean new hotel in a perfect location with outstanding front office staff such as Alisson and the GM Joseph.

Cons:

Nothing our time there was perfect and we will return.

Pros:

We did enjoyed the complimentary breakfast ! Unfortunately the body wash soap was not refilled on arrival overall great location in Pasadena ! Parking was decent price at $35 with in/out privileges !

Los Angeles à 2 pas, avec tout le charme cosy et relax de Pasadena.
Pros:

La localisation est géniale, on a adoré Pasadena , très proche de Los Angeles, et très très sympa à visiter : on y trouve plein de restos, de magasins, et l’ambiance est très cosy et « old school California ».
L’hôtel était parfait : moderne, propre, douillet, et le petit déjeuner impeccable !

Wonderful staff and beautiful space. Just make sure the amenities are operational for everyone

The facility was absolutely beautiful with wonderful offerings and a very kind staff

Cons:

My shower was stuck shut and I was not able to use it. This proved to be quite stressful when coming for work from out of state. It seems the shower had fallen off of its track and became wedged shut. I feel like this should have been seen by staff before renting the room out. It caused professional delays and unnecessary frustration
