Do not book with Sonesta
Pros:

I never stayed at location reservation department lied and said there was a hottub on site available for our stay, when we arrived to check in they said our hottub is only open in summer so I had to cancel the kids needed pool and hottub. Then I was told they would give full refund for the wrong information given before booking and they did not refund full amount charged me 150 dollar cancelation fee. They are crooks.

Everything the front office staff very rude.

It was dirty, as soon as we walked in it smelled like weed and the electronic lock didn’t work so we couldn’t lock up when we left

Pros:

When I went to check in, the room wasn’t ready. It was 3 hours past check-in time by the time I was able to get in.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working. Couldn’t turn on the ceiling fan because the remote was gone.

This place was filthy ! Needs major updates wish I could upload pictures. Couch bed hap pee stained sheets and crumbs and dirt everyehere. I would never stay again

Inconvenient to say the least
Pros:

Didn’t even get a chance to view the property. We were turned away in the middle of a snowstorm during our scheduled check in time that I set up on Tuesday. Was told to come back in an hour so we just stayed at the place next door because it was way to dangerous to just drive around and too cold to just sit in a parking lot and hope it was actually going to be ready in an hour.

Cons:

That the front desk woman greeted us and said she’d be back in a few minutes, then came back and went to check us in @3:15 (check in was at 3pm) and said no rooms were ready and said come back in an hour and something should be ready. Mind you, it was a snowstorm outside and she advised us to go explore the OUTDOOR mall for an hour.
