Cons:

Ikke særlig pent til å være 5 stjernes hotell. Treningsrommet er virkelig ikke bra til å være 5 stjernes hotell. Mer symbolsk. Rådyr parkering i en trang parkeringshall. Ikke hyggelig personale

Enjoyed our stay despite a few minor hickups.
Pros:

The location and neighborhood were terrific! Very close (not even 5 minutes walk) to U-Bahn Gänsemarkt.
The room was very specious, the bed super comfy, breakfast was sumptuous.

Cons:

We stayed there for 3 nights. On the second day I asked to kindly replace the coffee pads we had used and was told I had to BUY the pads in the lobby!!! QUE??? Why would I only get coffee capsules for the first day and not for the following days, seeing that we paid full rate for the three days? I found this extreme poor service from a 5* hotel.
Later that afternoon they did get replaced though.
A second gripe was that the breakfast room, though still very large, was under dimensioned for the amount of people showing up. We selected different times, but it was the same at all hours. Thanks to a very nice Maitre D. at the entrance we did manage to secure a table.

В целом двухдневное проживание было отличным
Pros:

Расположение, персонал
Мы приехали в гостиницу в 9 утра и к нашей большой радости наш номер был готов

Cons:

Завтрак мы оплачивали отдельно и на наш взгляд он был дороговат, кондиционер не охлаждал достаточно
