Pros:

La habitación fue muy confortable, el desayuno muy completo y de calidad. La atención del personal tanto en recepción estupendamente atendidos por Reidan, Camila Daniel e Ivis así como en los dos desayunos que disfrutamos por Luis. También nombrar a Juan. qué nos dio información interesante. sobre los alrededores.
La ubicación es muy buena si lo que quieres es estar con el mercado central a dos minutos a pié y el mercado municipal de artesanía a 5 ¿dónde encontrar? todo tipo de artículos de recuerdo de Costa Rica camisetas, bolsos,llaveros, artículos en piel o madera, etcétera. a un precio imbatible. cómo cinco veces más barato que en el resto de destinos turísticos de Costa Rica.
También está el Teatro Nacional junto al hotel.

Cons:

La atención en Recepción en la quinta planta fue muy buena.
Observé que los trabajadores y trabajadoras no disponían de un asiento para descansar en los momentos libres en que no tienen clientes que atender.
El personal que está en la planta baja, al llegar al hotel. es un tanto seco y nada agradable incluso al saludarlo en dos ocasiones no devolvieron el saludo.
Me parece que todos los trabajadores tenemos que tener ergonomía y comodidad en nuestro puesto de trabajo.
No creo que el disponer de tal asiento sea silla regulable en altura u otra opción, le dé una mala imagen al hotel en absoluto, todo lo contrario al demostrar con ello que cuida a sus trabajadores.
Reseñar que en nuestro recorrido durante veinte días por distintos hoteles, de igual o menor categoría recorriendo Costa Rica tuvimos a nuestra disposición (aunque no hiciéramos uso de ello)de mínimo dos cápsulas al día de café en la cafetera de la habitación.
En el caso de el hotel Hilton no se dispone de ello siendo todo de pago en la gabitsción.Tan solo se ofrecen gratis dos botellas de agua de cortesía por estancia independientemente de las noches que te quedes. Lo veo un poco ridículo teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel Hilton

Lujo con humildad.

La atención al cliente. Alimentos. Es un hotel muy lindo y confortable y haber sido parte de la historia con la visita del Presidente, JFK a este hotel y poder estar al lado de la habitación que pernoctó sumó a mi experiencia en San José, Costa Rica.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. El personal muy agradable, Reyden en la recepción y Wesneslao en el restaurante, muy atentos y serviciales.
